ྱེད་ལ་སྔགས་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་པ་དཔུང་པ་གཡོན་པ་ལ་བཅིང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་མཎྜལ་དང་འཇུག་ཡོན་ཕུལ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པ་ནི། རིགས་ཀྱི་པད་མའི་ནང་བཞུགས་པའི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྟ་མགྲིན་དཔལ། །བདེ་གཤེགས་གསུང་གི་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྟེ། །ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ། །ཇི་ལྟར་མཆོད་ཅིང་རྩལ་བ་ལྟར། །བདག་ཀྱང་སྐྱོབ་པའི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། །ནམ་མཁའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདག་ལ་གསོལ༑ ༑ཅེས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། དེ་ནས་བུམ་པའི་ཆུས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་ཞིང་། ངག་ཏུ། ཇི་ལྟར་བལྟམས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི། །ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །གསང་གསུམ་ 1-2-184a ༄༅། །གནས་ལས་བྱུང་པ་ཡི། །ཁམས་གསུམ་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཕྱག་བྱས་པའི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དབང་བསྐུར་ཆེན་པོ་སྦྱིན། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་སྡིག་པ་དག་ནས་དཔལ་རྟ་མགྲིན་དུ་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་མོ། །ཆུ་ཡར་ལུད་པ་ལས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་དབུ་རྒྱན་པར་བསྒོམ། དེས་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་དག་ནས། ལྷ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ལུང་ཐོབ། དེ་ནས་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་སྟེ། གསུང་གི་བདག་པོ་གཙོ་བོ་ཆེ། །སངས་རྒྱས་གསུང་གི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གཙོ། །འདོད་ཆགས་ལ་སོགས་དུག་གསུམ་འཇོམས། །འགྲོ་བའི་གཙོ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། དེ་ནས་དཔོན་སློབ་ལྷར་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་དམར་པོ་ན་ར་ར་བྱུང་ནས་སློབ་མའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པར་བསམ་ལ༑ སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་བཟློས་ལན་གསུམ་བྱས་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གསུང་གི་བྱིན་རླབས་བདག་ལ་འདུས་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་མེ་ཏོག་དམར་པོའི་ཕྲེང་བ་མགོར་བཞག་ལ། ངག་ཏུ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ནི། །འདི་ལ་འགོ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །སྔགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་རྫོགས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་མས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདག་ལ་སྩལ་ལགས་ཀྱིས། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདག་ལ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རླབས། ཅེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེས་ནི་ངག་གི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་ 1-2-184b ནས༑ གསུང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། ངག་སྔགས་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱེད་པ་ལ་དབང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་མ་ལྷར་གསལ་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་གཡས་སུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ། གཡོན་དུ་པད་ཞགས་གཏད་ལ་ཐབས་རྡོ་རྗེ། ཤེས་རབ་པད་ཞགས་གཏད་པས། ཐབས་ཤེས་གཉིས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་དབང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་བཏང་རག་གི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། བསྟོད་པ་བྱ། ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཤེགས༑ དམ་ཚིག་པ་བསྡུ་སློབ་དཔོན་ལ་ཡོན་འབུལ། དགེ་བ་བསྔོ། ཟབ་མོའི་རིག་གཏད་ཆོ་ག་འདི། །རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པས་ན། །གཞན་གྱིས་རང་བཟོ་མི་བྱ་ཞིང་། །འདི་བཞིན་བྱས་ན་ལམ་གྱི་མཆོག །ལུང་མེད་བྱས་ན་བཀའ་ཆད་འོང་། །ཤེས་འདོད་

然后将二十一条咒语系在左臂上。然后献上曼荼罗和入门供品，祈祷：‘居住在莲花之中的，世间自在马头明王，是善逝语的化身，忿怒之王，我向您皈依。如供养和修持菩提金刚佛一样，为了救护我，请赐予我虚空金刚。’这样祈祷。然后用瓶中的水从头顶灌顶，口中念诵：‘如初生之时’等等，以及‘一切诸佛’，‘从三密之处所生，三界都顶礼，赐予金刚大灌顶。’这样念诵并灌顶。然后观想罪业清净，成为马头明王。从向上涌出的水中，观想无量光佛为顶饰。这样身体的罪业清净，获得观想本尊的许可。然后献上曼荼罗并祈祷：‘语之主，大主宰，诸佛语之自在，摧毁贪欲等三毒，我向众生之主皈依。’这样祈祷三次。然后观想上师和弟子都显现为本尊，从上师心间发出红色咒语链，融入弟子心间，念诵三次咒语，观想一切诸佛语的加持都融入我身。然后将红色花环戴在头上，口中念诵：‘请世尊加持我，赐予我咒语的成就，圆满我的事业。’这样念诵。然后弟子说：‘世尊请赐予我，世尊请加持我。’这样念诵。这样，语的罪障清净，获得语的成就，有权念诵咒语。 然后，观想弟子显现为本尊，右手给予五股金刚杵，左手给予莲花索，给予方便金刚和智慧莲花索，这样就获得了修持方便与智慧双运的四种事业的权力。’这样念诵。然后向坛城献上酬谢供品，赞颂，迎请智慧尊返回，收回誓言尊，向上师献供，回向善根。这个甚深诀窍仪轨，是圆满佛所说，他人不得擅自更改，如此行持是最佳途径。若无传承而行持，将受到惩罚。想要了解。

Then, recite the twenty-one mantras and tie them to the left arm. Then offer the mandala and initiation offerings, and pray: 'Dwelling within the lotus of the lineage, Lokeshvara Hayagriva, the glory, is the emanation of the Sugata's speech. Wrathful King, I take refuge in you. Just as I worship and cultivate the Bodhi Vajra Buddha, for the sake of protecting me, please grant me the Vajra of space.' Pray in this way. Then, with the water from the vase, consecrate from the crown of the head, reciting: 'Just as at the time of birth,' etc., and 'All the Buddhas,' 'Born from the place of the three secrets, the three realms all prostrate, bestow the great Vajra empowerment.' Recite this and empower. Then, contemplate that sins are purified and one becomes glorious Hayagriva. From the water that surges upwards, contemplate that Amitabha adorns the head. Thus, the sins of the body are purified, and one receives permission to contemplate the deity. Then offer the mandala and pray: 'Lord of speech, great sovereign, master of the speech of the Buddhas, destroyer of the three poisons such as desire, I take refuge in the lord of beings.' Pray in this way three times. Then, contemplate that the master and disciple both appear as the deity, and from the heart of the master, a red mantra garland emerges and dissolves into the heart of the disciple. Recite the mantra three times, contemplating that the blessings of the speech of all the Buddhas are gathered into me. Then place a garland of red flowers on the head, and recite: 'Please let the blessings of the Bhagavan begin on this, please grant the accomplishment of the mantra, please complete the activities.' Recite this. Then the disciple says: 'Bhagavan, please grant to me, Bhagavan, please bless me.' Recite this. Thus, the sins and obscurations of speech are purified, and one obtains the accomplishment of speech, and has the authority to recite mantras. Then, contemplate that the disciple appears as the deity, and give a five-pronged vajra in the right hand, and a lotus lasso in the left hand, giving the method vajra and the wisdom lotus lasso. Thus, one obtains the power to accomplish the four activities of the union of method and wisdom.' Recite this. Then offer thanksgiving offerings to the mandala, praise, invite the wisdom beings to depart, retract the samaya beings, offer to the master, and dedicate the merit. This profound secret instruction ritual, is spoken by the complete Buddha, others should not fabricate it themselves, and doing it in this way is the best path.
