The venerable Lama said this: Because the lineage of the victorious ones has weak ability and conditions for growth or awakening, it is said to be an inferior lineage, and this is good. Secondly, the actual situation is that in the Mind Commentary and others, there are many instances where the left and right entries are combined, and the wind cannot enter the central channel without being gathered inside. If the edge of the rotation is stabilized, it will be easier to achieve, so the three stages of arising, entering, and abiding are sequentially combined with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is the white lunar aspect of the left-hand current of Āli, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) is the Dharma of Tsek-drak, the red solar aspect of the right-hand current of Kāli, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is the realm of the eclipse and bindu, the dark realm of the co-emergent. The left is the order of outward arising, and the right is the order of inward absorption, which is very consistent. In general, the Completion Stages are meditated upon as they are. First, the yogi meditates in accordance with where the current flows from, and the adventitious stains of the basis of that very meditation gradually diminish, and eventually the best of the four Dharmas meet the innate basis and path, and the fruit of ever-increasing qualities is obtained. Therefore, understanding Vajra Rotation as merely training the channels and pathways, or saying that one cannot meditate on vase breathing at first, or saying that if one does not meditate on the channels, Vajra Rotation is like clapping empty hands, all seem to be nonsensical babble that does not understand the true meaning. The reasons are not elaborated in detail, but will be explained elsewhere. Therefore, as it is said: "The moon, sun, A, etc., Ka, etc., rotate the three modes of movement and abiding, the Vajra of the body, etc." As it is said, here Ā and Ī refer to the melody, Ā is the left moon Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and the sun Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) is the wind of the right, and the center is the co-emergent Rahu and the Dharma of the bindu Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is the very essence of the mantra, so says the Ḍombī. Secondly, like this, this union of the wind entering, abiding, and dissolving in the Dhūtī has no other elaborate mantra rotation or ritual union, and the three of rising, entering, and abiding are to be made one, and the nature of the wind is to abide, that is, to dissolve into emptiness, so let it be. In Vajra Rotation, the wind first abides and eventually dissolves. These three, rising, entering, and abiding, are meditated upon in accordance with the fact that the sound of the secret mantra of the three syllables has been abiding from the beginning, and this is the union of Vajra Rotation and the three, and the function is Padma

命气与顶轮的ham(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:航)相连,是月亮,下行气是拙火

Thus, the knots at the center of the eight chakras are pierced and loosened. By moving back and forth through the path within the central channel, it merges into the various chakra centers, and the movement ceases, which is very wondrous, hence it is called Ah Ho He. So, how does it merge into the dhuti? And how does it transform into the sound of the three letters? There is much to say about this, but it can be understood from the two methods of extensive and concise. In short, the essence is: the life-force wind of the heart, which has the sound of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), reaches the position of the upward-moving air of the throat, which has the sound of the letter U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Devanagari: उ, Romanized Sanskrit: u, Literal Chinese meaning: U), and becomes O (Tibetan: ཨོ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: O). Just as the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) and the letter U (Tibetan: ཨུ, Devanagari: उ, Romanized Sanskrit: u, Literal Chinese meaning: U) combine to become O (Tibetan: ཨོ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: O). It is connected to the pervasive air of the crown chakra, and becomes a whirling of the head, so it is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), which is going outward. When the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) of the heart comes inward, the upward movement also becomes the sound of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), becoming the same and similar. It is connected to the downward-moving Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) without life-force, and becomes a separation, so it becomes the sound of Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah). When abiding, it is the downward-moving Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) without life-force, and when moving upward, it touches the indestructible bindu, it becomes Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), meditate as if it exists in the basic state, for example, when the hollow of a bamboo is blocked, repeatedly insert and remove a long tube there, like clearing it, the knots can also be destroyed by the coming and going of recitation. The inner mantra recitation should be understood in detail in the Vajra Garland. The truth of the Vajra recitation mantra is also complete in meaning in the vase initiation. The second is, calling Heji (Tibetan: ཧེ྅ཛཱི) as "Hey, La," and then the life-force air of the high realms and the downward-moving air of the underground, the nature of the sun and the essence of the moon's air, when these airs dissolve and merge into the bindu in the center of the sky of the dhuti center, the happiness obtained from this state, not to mention other mundane works and actions. Other samadhis do not have this happiness. When the air and mind stop, the wisdom free from elaboration arises, and at the same time, the darkness of ignorance also stops, meditating on the bliss-emptiness of the air merging into the dhuti is the essence of all instructions, I have taught it. As the scripture says: The life-force completely enters the bindu, destroying the movement of both, is holding the single-pointed mind hero. Thus it is said. The life-force is connected to the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ham) of the crown chakra, which is the moon, and the downward-moving air is tummo.

Associated with "O", it is considered the sun, which integrates the central points of each chakra, especially the indestructible points of the center and the heart, this is holding. The third is remembrance: When the life-force ball, which has already become one, is held, as the subtle and coarse realms gradually dissolve, a great melting bliss arises from it, and the appearance that arises from it will appear as the mudra of the supreme emptiness body with all aspects, as it is said in the Kalachakra Tantra: "Earth merges into water, and water merges into fire, and fire purifies into wind, and wind merges into emptiness, and emptiness will surely become ten aspects, and aspects become all aspects, unbearable supreme bliss, indestructible wisdom body. From wisdom comes magical powers and accomplishments, beings in this very life." Similarly, whatever manifestation of tummo arises, one will surely also remember the body and the sky. In short, striving to combine the manifestation of the navel tummo with the Mahamudra to produce melting bliss is the union of the supreme empty form that possesses all aspects, which is the nature of remembrance. If bliss cannot be increased by such Mahamudra alone, then one needs to rely on the wisdom mudra, and if that also cannot increase it, then one needs to rely on the karma mudra. Therefore, there are three types: remembrance of karma mudra, remembrance of wisdom mudra, remembrance of samaya mudra, the secret of karma mudra, and remembrance of Mahamudra, a total of five types. The first is, as stated in the Vajra Dakini: "Rough means rough like the tongue of a cow. Soft means having a lotus. Hard means solid semen, that is, one whose semen is thick. Warty means having a conch, that is, the lotus has fleshy warts. These women are able to master the binding of essence." As it is said, the rough one is the elephant woman, the soft one is the lotus woman, the hard one is the one with lines, and the warty one is the conch woman. These four are the four lineages that possess the supreme veins of the lotus, that is, the place of birth, as well as the five lineages such as the Chandala woman, and the elephant woman who is twelve years old, is the mudra of the Vajra family, and by analogy, the woman with lines
