由大班智达苏摩底·吉尔提的座前，以及藏地的译师大学者法自在（ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་）校订确定。这是译后记。对于此，虽没有出现像译师慧积（ཤེས་རབ་བརྩེགས་）和惹译师金刚称（རྭ་ལོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲགས་པ་）和麦吉卧·慧称（མལ་གྱོ་བློ་གྲོས་གྲགས་པ་）和尊者称贤（རྗེ་བཙུན་གྲགས་འབྱོར་ཤེས་རབ་）等，对廓译（འགོས་འགྱུར་）进行修改者，但是从廓译本身来看，翻译的差别不太明显。而最初翻译此论典的卓弥译师的译本和廓等其他译本，翻译的差别就比较明显了。所诠极深双运三密，能诠难懂，话题金刚语。所讲论典之词也极稳固，是行金刚自身的行境。虽有号称智者、有名望的自诩智者们，也没有圆满讲述圆次第三论。多数有智慧者虽然总是炫耀自己的智慧，却未能证悟难懂的论典。不行入此行金刚之论，即使行入，若未稍微领会其意，对于易懂之论也再三复述者，那些被愚者之众尊为智者。令诸佛菩萨皆生欢喜者，是双运心髓的决定秘密无上语。即使百劫宣讲亦无所畏惧者，如持律行之自在者降临于此。是诸续部之秘密宝藏，是百次开启之钥匙，我以殊胜释论而拥有。愿以此善获得圆满正等觉果位！如是，此名为《秘密真实性极明释》，名为《意趣极明》之释论，亦为以行金刚之名所加持之，嘉绒巴·达热纳塔，或名号为衮钦宁布者，于吉祥香巴拉第二大隐修地觉囊所说。善妙增上！校订完毕！吉祥！印经祈愿词： 于解脱寂静之海成一味，趋入之无边法理缓流河，语之滴水一触亦能净，三毒垢染之善说甘露此。 以刊印之纯净善业力，开启正法之千百门，令五蕴

However, the translation of Drokmi, who first translated this treatise, and the other translations of Gö, etc., have more obvious differences in translation. The object to be expressed is the extremely profound union of the three secrets, the expression is difficult to understand, the topic is the vajra words. The words of the explanatory treatise are also very firm, and it is the realm of practice of the Vajra of Action itself. Although there are those who are known as scholars and those who boast of being scholars, they have not fully explained the three stages of completion. Most intelligent people, although they always show off their intelligence, have failed to realize the difficult-to-understand treatises. Those who do not enter this treatise of the Vajra of Action, and even if they do, if they do not understand even a little of its meaning, and repeatedly explain the easy-to-understand treatises, those are honored as scholars by the assembly of fools. That which causes joy to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is the definitive secret, the unsurpassed speech of the essence of union. Even if explained for hundreds of kalpas, there is no fear, like the Lord of Practice who observes vows has come here. It is the secret treasury of all the tantras, it is the key to open it hundreds of times, I possess it with the supreme commentary. May I attain the perfect enlightenment through this virtue! Thus, this commentary called "The Extremely Clear Explanation of the Secret Reality," also blessed by the name of the Vajra of Action, was spoken by Gyalkhampa Tāranātha, or by the name Kunga Nyingpo, in the great hermitage of Jonang, the second Shambhala.
