In the supreme city of great liberation, May the protector guide me in. Hero, heroine, powerful goddess, As well as Vajravarahi Heruka, Secret places and nearby places, etc., Please explain the way to abide in the body. Thus, pray three times. The vows from higher to higher are: Child, you should hold them, Other than that, there is no cause for liberation, There is no other way. Thus, proclaim the vows. Take the common vows with "I take refuge in the Three Jewels," etc. Take the five families of vows with "All Buddhas with their sons," etc. From "Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha" to "Well protect twenty-two virtues," take the uncommon vows. The latter ones are made by Pamtangpa and the followers of Somati, but not by Shakya Shri. In any case, since there is no contradiction, it is a choice of practice, it is good to do it. om cakṣur bandha varāyana ya hūṃ. Purify yourself and the empowerment substances with Sumba, and sprinkle with mustard seeds and vase water, etc. Instantly transform yourself into the master of all families, the sole family of all Buddhas, Vajra Dakini Heart Vajra Heruka, Chakrasamvara, body blue in color, one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a bell, embracing a consort identical to yourself, seated in a posture with the right leg extended on a lotus and sun disc. From the heart of the main deity, rays of light emanate, inviting all Buddhas in the form of Vajrasattva Heruka, (ཕཻཾ, phaiṃ, स्फेट, to shatter). Recite (ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, जः हुं वं होः, invite merge dwell). In all six empowerments, visualize the empowerment substances as deities, invite the wisdom beings to merge, dissolve the deities, bestow empowerment, and stabilize. Water empowerment does not require separate stabilization, and after the deity of the empowerment substance dwells, inviting the empowerment deity, making offerings and prayers, etc., are extra, and conduct, etc., do not require stabilization, etc. After that is the water empowerment, which is the water of the Victory Vase, or if there are many deity vases, then gather all the vase water into a skull cup, purify with स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, nature). Visualize the water of the empowerment substance, the Victory Vase, as non-existent and empty. The empowerment of the bell: The empowerment item bell, from Khaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: emptiness) arises the sword, Khaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: emptiness).
