Visualize the left hand blowing the human leg bone flute, making a "tsak tsak" sound, blowing the leg bone horn, loudly reciting the sound of "ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, फट, phaṭ, cutting)", and saying this: Oh! Eighteen major demonic obstacles, fifteen child demonic obstacles, male demonic obstacle Bhūta, female demonic obstacle Rakshasi, Naga demonic obstacle earth lords, planetary demonic obstacle constellations, from the top of existence downwards, down to the iron mountain hell, from the small gods of the sky upwards, down to the hungry ghosts under the earth, from the white banner king downwards, down to the local ghosts and earth spirits, all the gods and demons of existence gather here. Alas! Especially the white god assembly residing in this terrifying charnel ground, the black demon assembly, the red Tsen assembly, the variegated planetary assembly, the fierce evil spirit assembly, the wealthy Naga assembly, the Raksha Rakshasa assembly, and all the gods and demons belonging to the male, female, and hermaphrodite assemblies gather here. Alas! Especially, if there is no Chge Mo patient, then it is not needed. Regarding the five aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen realms, first, those who lead in disease, in the middle, those who build nests of disease, and finally, the male demonic obstacle Bhūta who is not beneficial to disease, the female demonic obstacle Rakshasi, the Naga demonic obstacle earth lords, the planetary demonic obstacle constellations, as well as Tsel demon Mila, Be Re, Gongpo, Teurang, Griwo Grimo, old ancient ghosts, fresh new ghosts, wandering local ghosts, flesh-eating dead ghosts, those who steal the breath from the mouth, and the demons and evil guides who cut off the life in the belly all gather here. In this way, summon from the four variegated directions and the five central directions. After doing this, visualize that the eight classes of gods and demons of the command of existence all enter into their own outer Majig Labdrön eight wheels. Visualize that the place demon and the body demon both enter into their own iron city at their feet. During the inner night's torma offering, the protection circle extends all the way to the top of the iron city. Again, perform the visualization of subjugation, alas! Especially, all the gods and demons of existence residing in this terrifying charnel ground, listen! Because you are under the control of karma and afflictions, I will establish a profound Dharma connection with you. In order to turn the wheel of the sacred Dharma, generate the supreme Bodhicitta, and place you on the ground of the omniscient Buddha, I have come here, please quickly accomplish my activities!

如果事业不能迅速成就，就在这地方铺设麻风病人肉的床榻，积聚麻风病人血的海洋，用麻风病人的腿做柱子，用麻风病人的骨头盖屋顶，用麻风病人的皮做帐篷，建造宫殿。在轮回未空之前，我和你们这些神鬼永不分离，绝不离开这个地方哪怕一瞬间。口中这样说，心中 постоянно 这样想，就不会有鬼逃跑，而且有迅速的要诀。因此现在立刻迅速成办我的事业！ 啪！这样说三遍，修无缘的禅定。如果出现鬼逃跑的迹象，比如在梦中，就这样做：在《白法合修》中说：如果鬼都逃到别处去了，就派白银使者去。因此像寂静法那样，自己从嘛吉的心间，发出铁钩一样的光芒，勾召显有并将之收于自己之下。做三次后布施身体，怀着慈悲心修空性。如果这样也不想来，就需要红色和黑色的铁钩观想。因此像猛厉法那样，自己从忿怒母的心间，发出金刚火花的光芒，发出黑色铁钩的形象，观想勾召世间界的神鬼，连同他们的住所一起。让他们不由自主地聚集在自己之下，观想父母并布施身体，修不生不灭的禅定，多于三次。或者如果病人很重要，或者自己生病了，就这样呼喊：唉！住在这里的所有恶性传染病都听着！把你们的身体扔进无间地狱，永远没有解脱的时候！中等的，现在立刻消失，一点也不要留下，哪怕像芝麻粒那么大！最下等的，或者不能治愈的，死不了的，呼吸不能出入的，比这更严重的四百零四种疾病，八万种魔障，十五种儿童大魔，两万一千种突发事件，三百六十种妖魔，全部放过！如果不这样做，就拉紧并铺设床垫，啪！只做一次，观想用人皮的悬崖遮盖铁城的入口。第二是降伏，在坐垫上就座并铺设，啪！只做一次，自己观想成勇

If the activity is not quickly accomplished, then in this land, I will spread a bed of leper's flesh, create an ocean of leper's blood, erect pillars of leper's legs, roof with leper's bones, and sew curtains of leper's skin, thus constructing a palace. Until samsara is empty, I will be inseparable from you gods and demons, and will not move from this place even for a moment. Thus speak with your mouth, and constantly think in your mind, so that the demons will not flee, and there will be the key to swiftness. Therefore, right now, quickly accomplish my activity! Phat! Say this three times and meditate on aimlessness. If signs of the demons fleeing occur, such as in dreams, then do this: In the "White Dharma Conjunction," it says: When the demons have fled elsewhere, send a silver messenger to them. Therefore, like the peaceful method, from the heart of Machik herself, emanate rays of light like iron hooks, hook all phenomena and gather them under your control. Do this three times and offer your body, meditate on emptiness with a compassionate heart. If they still do not want to come, then the visualization of red and black iron hooks is necessary. Therefore, like the wrathful method, from the heart of the Wrathful Mother herself, emanate rays of light with vajra sparks, emanate the form of black iron hooks, visualize hooking the gods and demons of the world realms, together with their abodes. Let them gather involuntarily under your control, visualize your parents and offer your body, meditate on non-arising more than three times. Or, if there is an important patient, or if you yourself are sick, then call out like this: Ah! All you contagious diseases dwelling in this charnel ground, listen! Throw your bodies into the uninterrupted hell and never have a time of liberation! In the middle, vanish right now! Do not leave anything behind, not even as small as a sesame seed! In the lowest, or incurable, undying, unable to breathe in and out, even more severe four hundred and four types of diseases, eighty thousand types of obstructing spirits, fifteen great child demons, twenty-one thousand sudden occurrences, three hundred and sixty kinds of evil spirits, release them all! If you do not do so, then tighten and spread the mattress, Phat! Just doing it once, visualize covering the entrance of the iron city with a cliff of human skin. Second is subjugation, sit and spread on the cushion, Phat! Just doing it once, visualize yourself as a hero.
