It feels like bird feathers in the sky are being carried by the wind, floating and swaying. When inhaling, it feels like the vajra is inside my stomach, or the stomach feels uncomfortable. At that time, one cuts off the thought of food, and fasting will not last more than a few days; it is impossible for it to go on for too long. As soon as that happens, meditate on all appearances as emptiness. རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ May I meet with a destined one! ཨཐྎ༔ One of the practices for color is: one should practice like this: relying on the first chakra, the second, the third, and the fourth. The inherent letters reside within the channels. Those are the practices for color. That is, focusing awareness on the colors of the Ali Kali assembly that are in harmony with the channels, and meditating. Practicing Kali, and focusing attention on the various branches of Ali Kali and meditating. Those letters and colors should be understood as the chakra jewel wheel. Also, practice the back and forth movement of those letters, and focusing awareness on immobility, that is its oral instruction. ཨི་ཏི༔ The practice of counting the winds: For a man who is in his prime, whose body is free from illness, and whose body and speech are relaxed. The elderly are relaxed, the young have fast winds and flow in large numbers. The standard is that for a person in their prime between old and young, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths in a day and night. Yogis should practice that number. When meditating on that, in addition to adjusting the body points as above, the neck should not be tilted back, the eyes should be fixed on the sky, the mouth should be slightly open, and the mind should not change. The yogi, like a rosary, goes out and places one bead, comes back and places one bead, thus counting the number of breaths in a day and night. When awareness is focused on that, samadhi arises without scattering to other thoughts. By meditating on this for a long time, the number of breaths flowing becomes less and less. From then on, when there are only ten thousand breaths in a day and night, and the flow of other movements ceases, the body will also become very light. At that time, let the outgoing breath be long, and when inhaling, let your stomach slowly swell. Whether day or night, the flow of breath is only half and twelve each day.

As a sign that time is unborn, one thinks of going into the sky; as a sign that speech is unborn, all speech becomes nonsensical; as a sign that mind is unborn, the stream of thought ceases; all kinds of consciousness are light and thin. The other signs are the same as before. Iti. Gya gya gya. Furthermore, if a son of good family does not enter into that consciousness, then he should also be taught like this. The secret instruction for putting air into a vase is: to practice during sleep, and for a yogi to meditate day and night. Sleep is to practice equally at all four times, and to view it as the wheel of meditative sleep. To meditate day and night is to adjust the body as before, absorb the air inside, make the stomach bulge out, and the consciousness is located at the root chakra at one's navel, where the letter HA (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) resides; focus the consciousness on that and meditate. When one's stomach is filled with air and swollen to the extreme, then also meditate on it gradually receding, like mist dissolving in the sky, meditate on it gradually dissolving, and likewise, meditate on the consciousness gradually dissolving. If one meditates on that for a long time, consciousness will be liberated into bliss and emptiness, the body will be liberated from suffering, and awareness will be liberated from conceptual thought; these three will occur simultaneously. Meditating on the bindu of air is clearly explained in the root text of the copper script. Iti. If that person who meditates on air becomes dull or agitated, or becomes an obstacle to meditation, then the means to correct and stabilize it are: if dull, then do forceful actions such as HA HA (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧ་, Devanagari: ह ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha Ha) or PHAT PHAT (Tibetan: ཕཊ་ཕཊ་, Devanagari: फट् फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat Phat). If agitated, then by all means absorb the air inside. If dull, then adjust the body's posture and move the limbs. If agitated, then the body's posture is to raise the head and sit in a dark room. If it goes to the crown of the head, then the yogi's consciousness will change and become like madness; at that time, the body will also become loose, there will be bindus on the flesh, sometimes the mind will be confused, and one will learn like the babbling of a small child. For that, mix brown sugar with milk and a little human fat, use it and drink it. Aim the mind like an arrow in the sky, bend the neck downwards, force the air upwards, and shout as loudly as possible like the sound of a pig. Then meditate again as before. Whenever this happens, one should act accordingly. If the air leaks into the flesh, then the body will become either gray and swollen, or black and swollen, or
