因此，书写这甚深心髓的标题： 大秘密，如同心一般的心髓口诀。 由圆满正觉的金刚持大士， 为了永远舍弃前所未从心中涌出的， 轮回的法性。 为了显示从无迁逝中迁逝之理， 导师涅槃后的足迹， 甚至从不可分割的虚空中， 加持最初的自生文字。 为了断除化身的苦痛，此物也， 与五宝的装饰一同， 涅槃后的三者，口诀心之宝。 显现于谁，谁就现证圆满。 显现于谁的有缘者， 在自己的有漏蕴未坏灭前， 自己怀于心中，若向任何人， 开示讲述，则会焚烧自己的性命。 因此，在自己的心中获得印章吧！ 如果出现抛弃蕴身之时， 则交付于有缘的心之子。 纵然在此之前向一人开示， 地狱之火会焚烧自己的身心。 因此，临死时给予一位有缘者。 多于二三位，则会遭受惩罚。 书写并持有珍贵的文字。 如此行事，则加持如水流般， 赐予那位具誓瑜伽士。 如果未寻得教法的法主， 则为了后世的利益，埋藏于珍宝的宝藏中。 如此接触涅槃后三者的意义。 秘密中的精华，心之窍诀。 秘密至上者，圆满究竟大圆满。 彼之口诀，心中精髓的提炼。 无有向他者开示的心髓母。 甚至不敢说出此之名号， 为了阐明此心之精华， 取出官能的精华，眼和心中的精髓， 为了有缘者的利益， 书写此殊胜本尊。 秘密心之橛，觉性之要点， 依靠身语而显现， 获得、见、增长的这些觉性， 为了显示与官能之境相关联， 心髓精华，一切秘密之最胜。 秘密文字母字，心之宝， 前所未有提炼的口诀。 与一切宗派都不同的， 如以箭射中心脏一般， 不令退转的巨大方便是， 从名称上说，上师传承和， 空行母们行持伟大的宽恕。

To whomever it appears, that one will become manifestly complete. The fortunate one to whom it appears, Until one's own contaminated aggregates are destroyed, Holding oneself in one's heart, if to anyone, One teaches and proclaims it, one's own life will be burned. Therefore, obtain the seal in your own mind! If the time comes to abandon the aggregates, Then entrust it to the fortunate heart-son. Even if one were to show it to one person before this, The fire of hell will burn one's own body and mind. Therefore, at the time of death, give it to one fortunate one. If more than two or three, punishment will befall. Write and hold these precious letters. If you do this, blessings will be like a stream of water, Bestowed upon that vowed yogi. If you do not find the lord of the teachings, Then for the sake of future generations, bury it in a precious treasure. Thus, touch upon the meaning of the three after the passing. The innermost essence of secrets, the pith instruction of the heart. The supreme secret is the completely perfect Great Perfection. Its instruction is the extraction of the essence of the heart. One dares not even utter its name, In order to clarify this innermost essence of the heart, Extracting the essence of the faculties, the eye and the essence of the heart, For the sake of the fortunate one, Write this sacred yidam. The secret heart-peg, the key point of awareness, Manifestly relying on body and speech, These awarenesses of attainment, seeing, and increase, In order to show their connection with the objects of the faculties, The Heart Essence innermost essence, the best of all secrets. The secret letter Ma, the treasure of the heart, The instruction that has never before been extracted. Unlike all the vehicles, Like shooting an arrow into the center of the heart, The great means of not turning back is, To speak from the name, the lineage of the lamas, and The dakinis practice great forbearance.

It is like an unused treasure, without any benefit! Therefore, fortunate heart son, be sure to practice this essence of the heart! This essence of the heart that is different from anything else! These great secret heart essences! If others hear it, the accomplishments will be lost! If seen, the fruits of the yogis will disappear! Even the name should not be mentioned! In a place where the enemy of arising cannot invade! At the threshold of a rock or in a secluded place! Place it in a container of iron, copper, or silver! Hide it thoroughly, so that no one can see it! Offer it to reside, and when it is time to look at it! Offer a feast torma to the dakinis! One should look at and practice this! Do not practice and look at it arbitrarily! Therefore, this method is extremely secret! Ema! How wonderful! This instruction, this certain treasure of the heart! The Buddhas of the past, future, and present! Have not spoken, are not speaking, and will not speak of this meaning! Therefore, this method is also extremely secret! Revealing one's own awareness! The essence of the most secret essence, the essence of all heart essences! The fortunate one who meets with this, is sure to have a prophecy! There is no doubt that he will become a Buddha! If one encounters this certain heart essence! But does not practice this meaning! Even after hundreds of millions of kalpas! One will not attain the fruit of Buddhahood! Therefore, abandon all deluded activities! In a charnel ground or in the middle of a great forest! In a supreme place where no one travels! Extremely secluded, beyond many yojanas! Beyond all numbers! Restrain the key points of body, speech, and mind! Do not meet with anyone, stay alone! Look at your own suchness, without separation! By abiding in this way, one meets with the meaning of the heart essence! This appearance will transform into reality! If there is no power to abide in this way! Even in empty valleys, on mountain tops, etc.! Always keep silent, walk like a mute! If seen by others, flee like a wild animal! Fortunate heart son who does this! True and sacred vows!
