此外，应当以清净的增上意乐安住于正法，不故意说谎，并且对待一切众生。对于发菩提心的菩萨，应当生起视师之想，于十方称扬真实功德，使利益众生者安住于善，且令彼等安住于无上菩提，而非声闻和独觉。这是菩萨的学处。发心仪轨和学处圆满了。

Furthermore, one should abide in the Dharma with pure superior intention, not intentionally telling lies, and towards all sentient beings. For Bodhisattvas who have generated the mind of enlightenment, one should generate the perception of a teacher, and in the ten directions, one should praise true qualities, causing those who benefit sentient beings to abide in virtue, and causing them to abide in unsurpassed enlightenment, not in Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. This is the training of a Bodhisattva. The ritual of generating the mind and the training are complete.

Although the instructions were given to Powa, the Dharma did not reach its conclusion because the king was weak-eared and the queen and fools were extremely malicious. In his later years, he completely bestowed it upon Queen Yudrā Nyingpo. She taught terminology to Gnyags Jñāna Kumāra and others, but did not fully complete the transmission. It is said that after Yudrā returned to Kham, she completely established the system of the three seals of complete transmission to Spang Mi-pham Gonpo, which is another account. Then, descending downwards, he transmitted the twenty-five subtle tantras to Gya Lodro Zhonnu. Then, before passing to another pure land, he completely bestowed it upon Dba's rDo-rje rGyal-mtshan. It is said in history that he propagated the Dharma at Do-smad Dan-tig Monastery, these are accounts of the intermediate transmission, but now there is no longer a lineage.
