This great wheel of scripture and empowerment, may it be properly and well explained here. Others, with scriptural sources, sections, and extensive explanations, differentiate and distinguish between scripture and actual meaning, but here, the root is the precious garland itself. In order to prevent decline and make it easy to understand, sections and scriptural sources are supplemented in red, scriptures are clearly distinguished with extensive explanations supplemented in blue, newly arranged paragraphs remain as they are, and the parts distinguished in yellow should be understood as such. Here, the immaculate teachings of the ancient translated secret mantra tantras, gathering all the path stages of the sutras and profound tantras, have become a great tradition of entry without error, therefore it is called the Collected Sutras, and it is widely known as Empowerment for maturation. Like that, there are some different ways of explaining how the rivers of empowerment descend, but here what is gathered is, according to the sutra system, the way the rivers of empowerment of the nine vehicles descend: The river of the Hearers' vehicle is Nairanjana. The vehicle of the Solitary Realizers is Kundgarawa. The vehicle of the Bodhisattvas is Vulture Peak Mountain, these are the three vehicles of the nature of cause.
