For that uncreated vow, there is no obstruction, so it will appear without being completely prevented. After saying this, the sons who were completely accepted were delighted and pleased, emitting light, and everyone wholeheartedly offered their individual vows that they enjoyed. The black leader and his retinue prayed: Great hero, our vow is like this: By our own great asceticism, abiding in our own kingdom, destroying other armies, that is our vow! Thus they prayed. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the ogresses who devour blood prayed thus: "Blood-drinking king, our vow is as follows: all living beings, the warm blood of those killed, if drunk, will blaze like a leopard. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the female illusionists prayed thus: "Master of great miracles, our vow is as follows: skull bones, leg bones, and oil, blood, mixed with wine and amrita. It is the substance of vows for accomplishing magic. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the vile and disgusting of low caste prayed thus: "Extremely fierce one, our vow is as follows: great flesh, feces, urine, semen, blood, is the substance of vows where nectar gathers. It destroys all diseases without exception. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the assembly of women prayed thus: "Extremely seductive one, our vow is as follows: dance, song, lyrics, poetry, and captivating with charming gestures, serving and engaging in sexual activity through skillful means. These are the vows of joy. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the assembly of gamblers prayed thus: "Lord of speech, our vow is as follows: because it is difficult for others to fathom, the manifestation of speech that is well-spoken, is the supreme deception. They prayed, saying, "This is our vow." Then, the assembly of those with wrong views prayed thus: "Truly great man, our vow is as follows: if one fully knows everything in the true state, no matter what great or small deeds, good or bad, are done, one will not be influenced by either. This is our vow."

如是禀告。之后，依止秘密誓言的众会禀告：秘密瑜伽我等之誓言如下：粪尿血与炭汁衣，百或千数穿着后，若断男根佛亦惧。秘密真言秘密之誓言如是禀告。之后，薄伽梵开示不杂一切、完全不阻碍之誓言：凡在此聚集之具缘者，各自意乐各不同，如意宝珠之誓言，完全圆满受持之。摧毁他人之宗派，且行无间五罪时，观想自身为大尊，说是成就佛之器。母与女及世间女，以及游行之所有女，若以贪欲而行淫，说是彼等成就之器。何者喜好杀戮者，断绝生命之命根后，食肉饮骨血，是为真实大誓言。从财物主之宝藏中，未经给予而取金等，取后享用欲乐者，此乃真实之誓言。具瑜伽智慧者，若断何者之头盖骨，于尸林器中知晓法，是为真实见之誓言，是为殊胜之欲誓言。牛犬肉与马肉，以及大肉象为胜，是为大瑜伽士之食，故不应食其他肉。于大红血之海中，何者饮用之，是为饮血者之誓言，若尽饮则威光大。以舞蹈歌词等，依止所有妇女后，以贪欲邪淫者，是为法性大誓言。何者深不可测故，说无为有说有为无，境或共同入欺诳语，是为佛语之誓言。何者从无始以来，所漂泊乃自之过失，呵责八种乃欺诳语，是为佛语之誓言。以诸差别皆为一，不为业力所转变，无错无改之誓言，是为无异熟之誓言。不摇不动不迁移，以所缘有无皆不缘，不失坏者为何，不摇

Then, the assembly relying on the secret samaya requested: "The secret yoga, our samaya is as follows: Excrement, urine, blood, charcoal juice, and clothes, after wearing a hundred or a thousand, if the lingam is cut, even the Buddhas are afraid. The secret mantra is the secret samaya," they requested. Then, the Bhagavan spoke the samaya of not mixing anything and not obstructing anything at all: "Whoever is assembled here with the opportunity, each with their own different inclinations, the wish-fulfilling jewel samaya, should be taken completely and perfectly. Destroying the sects of others, and while practicing the five inexpiable sins, contemplating oneself as the great lord, it is said to be a vessel for attaining Buddhahood. Mothers, daughters, worldly women, and all wandering women, if one indulges in lustful intercourse, it is said that they are vessels for accomplishment. Whoever delights in killing, after severing the life force of beings, eating flesh, bones, and drinking blood, is the true great samaya. From the treasury of the lord of wealth, taking gold and so on without being given, and enjoying desires after taking it, this is the true samaya. One with the intelligence of yoga, if one cuts off the skull of someone, and knows the Dharma in a charnel ground vessel, it is the samaya of true view, it is the supreme desire samaya. Beef, dog meat, horse meat, and the great meat of elephants are supreme, as they are the food of great yogis, so one should not eat other meats. In the great ocean of red blood, whoever drinks it, is the samaya of all blood drinkers, if one drinks it all, the splendor is great. With dances, songs, lyrics, and so on, after relying on all women, whoever engages in perverse conduct with desire, is the great samaya of Dharma nature. Because whatever is unfathomable, saying non-existence as existence, saying existence as non-existence, a realm or common entry, speaking falsely, is the samaya of the Buddha's word. Whoever, from beginningless time, whatever wanders is one's own fault, scolding the eight is speaking falsely, is the samaya of the Buddha's speech. Since all distinctions are one, not being transformed by the power of karma, the unerring and unadulterated samaya, is the samaya without ripening. Unmoving, unchanging, unshifting, whether one focuses on existence or non-existence, whatever does not disappear, unmoving
