Thus completes the Secret Tantra of the Black Protector, the Poisonous Razor. In Sanskrit: Śrīmahākāla Amantrīkṛṣṇa Guhyatantra. In Tibetan: The Secret Tantra of the Glorious Great Black One, the Fierce Mantra of Blackness. Homage to the Glorious Vajrapāṇi. Thus have I heard at one time. The Bhagavan, the fierce and wrathful Vajra, was in the great charnel ground of piled up willows and corpses, in a palace of piled up iron, fiercely abiding in the samadhi of subduing pride. He was together with the great wrathful wisdom deities, the Vajra wrathful playful deities, and the terrifying proud ones. At that time, from among that assembly, the leader of the yaksha hosts, Vaiśravaṇa, rose from his seat and beseeched the Bhagavan: "Though the self-born great wisdom pervades all, beings are confused by mistaken notions of happiness, the teachings are destroyed, and the fruit is to wander in the hell realms. Therefore, perform the activity of showing the path of liberation to deliver them." Then, the Bhagavan Vajra Krodha himself, for the sake of delivering sentient beings who are settled in the three realms by karma, obstructing the teachings, and wandering in the hell realms as a result, and for the sake of showing the path of liberation with great compassion, especially spoke these essential points for subduing the pride of Mahakala. E ngub e vajra sata haril ba hi u ni ne a lam ne. The fierce and wrathful powerful one, the supreme fierce mantra that strikes at the vital point, because this was especially spoken, all the proud ones fainted. Then, the chief of that assembly, King Vaiśravaṇa, spoke thus: E ma'o! Wrathful one, blue-clad, the collection of Buddhas, secret word, fierce speaker of secret words, the proud ones and their retinues are greatly frightened and faint. From the garu of the five pure lights, I offer the life-essence connected by the root and stem of karma. After he thus beseeched, the Bhagavan pervaded all with the equality that all dharmas are nothing whatsoever. By his blessing, those proud ones regained their memory and offered the essence of their lives to the Bhagavan. Na nari vajra

Then, the Bhagavan spoke this great black method of accomplishment in order to protect the Buddha's teachings. Again, this secret protector of Tig. Accomplishment is also secret, the best of essence. Those are the best meanings, the essence of the heart. Hala Nagpo is the cutter of karma. The five degenerations are obscured by darkness. The yogi who possesses view and conduct. A grove that is extremely terrifying and rough. Butcher, weapon bearer, wild animal walker. There, a mandala is made for the purpose. Triangular dark blue, mouth facing up. Black silk, eagle arrow. An offering cake that is very pleasing is arranged. Then the lord of yoga is great. Three or complete in an instant. Vajra, fierce, wrathful, in an instant. In front, the black worker is great. One face, two hands, very fierce. The tiger's mustache blazes like fire. A large bowl is filled with blood. Brave, swift, fast, riding a tiger. The great lord of the desire realm is also. Riding a bear in the midst of confusion. Generate with this secret mantra. Om maha ka la gha na ghu ti. Ka ma la sha ri nag mo ting la ma bhyo. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The host of arrogant workers with their retinues. You, with your own manifestations. Invite, prostrate, sit, offer, praise. Urge from the terrifying place of the charnel ground. So it was said. Then the Bhagavan. In order to subdue the demon of karma, the red-faced one, the protector Nagpo, the razor, for the sake of each, spoke this evil mantra of seventeen fierce mantras. Fierce, the best of forceful deliverance. On a cubit of cotton cloth or Chinese paper. Time
