་ཕྱིར བསྟན།། རྣལ་འབྱོར་ནད་པ་གསོ་བ་ལ།། རྔན་ཆད་ཚོད་ཡོད་བྱེད་གྱུར་ཀྱང།། སྙིང་རྗེས་ཀུན་ནས་བསླང་ནས་གསོ།། བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེས་གསོས་གྱུར་ན།། ནད་པ་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་བཤད།། ཧ་ཅང་སྔན་པ་འཐེམ བྱེད་ཅིང།། བྱམས་སེམས་མེད་ན་འཚོ་ཐག་རིང།། དེ་བས་སྙིང་རྗེས་དོན་བསླང་ནས།། གསོས་ན་ཐར་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ།། ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ།། རྒྱུད་སྲོག་ཚིག་གསང་བ་དོན་འདུས་ལས།། རྒྱུད་འདི་མ་གཏོགས་པས ནད་པ་མི་གྲོལ་ཞིང།རྣལ་འབྱོར་མཛད་སྤྱོད་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་བྱ་བའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བརྒྱད་པའོ།།།། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཏུམ་པོ་ལ།། ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ངོ་ མཚར་དགེས་པའི་ཚིག་མང་པོས་བསྟོད་ནས།མཆོད་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཕུལ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ།། རྒྱུད་སྲོག་ཚིག་གསང་བ་དོན་འདུས་ལས།། འཁོར་རྣམས་ཡིད་ཚིམ་ནས་དགེས་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དགུ་པའོ།།།། དེ་ནས་ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས།འཁོར་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། འདུས་པའི་འཁོར་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། རྒྱུད་འདི་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་སུ་འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་མི་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་པའི་ཕྱིར།། གཟུང་ཞིང་ བཅང་བར་བྱའོ།། ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ།། རྒྱུད་སྲོག་ཚིག་གསང་བ་དོན་འདུས་ལས།། རྒྱུད་ཡོངས་སུ་བཟུང་བའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཅུ་པའོ།།།། རྒྱུད་གསང་བ་དོན་འདུས་ལེའུ་བདུན་བརྒྱ་པ་ལས། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དུམ བུར་ཕྱུང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རྒྱུད་རྫོགས་སོ།།།། བལ་པོའི་པཎྜི་ཏ་བ་སུ་དྷཱ་ར་དང། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡང་དབང་གཏེར་གྱིས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པའོ།། རྒྱུད་འདི་མ་ཚང་བ་ཁ་སྐོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཕྱི་མའི་ཡང་ཕྱི མ་ཞེས་བྱའོ།། རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།།།།

因此宣说。瑜伽士治疗病人时，即使有报酬限制，也要从慈悲心出发进行治疗。如果以慈爱和慈悲心治疗，据说病人会迅速痊愈。如果过早进行探视，并且没有慈悲心，寿命就会延长。因此，如果以慈悲心发起行动进行治疗，就能获得解脱和菩提。如是说。出自《续部命词秘密义集》中，除了此续部外，病人无法解脱，瑜伽士的行为将成就佛陀的章节，即第八品。之后，世尊金刚暴怒尊，受到忿怒尊甘露旋等以众多惊叹喜悦之语赞颂，并供养了各种供品。出自《续部命词秘密义集》中，眷属心满意足而喜悦的章节，即第九品。之后，世尊吉祥金刚手，对眷属们说道：聚集的眷属们，为了在未来时代利益众生，应受持此续部。如是说。出自《续部命词秘密义集》中，完全受持续部的章节，即第十品。《续部秘密义集》七百品中，名为“取出珍宝碎片”的续部圆满结束。尼泊尔班智达瓦苏达拉和金刚自在藏翻译并校订确定。此续部名为“补全未完成部分”，又名“后之又后”。 རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།།།།

Therefore it is taught. When a yogi heals a patient, even if there are limitations on rewards, he should heal with compassion as the motivation. If healed with love and compassion, it is said that the patient will recover quickly. If one visits too early and lacks compassion, life will be prolonged. Therefore, if one initiates action with compassion and heals, one will attain liberation and enlightenment. Thus it is said. From the Tantra Life-Word Secret Meaning Collection, without this tantra, patients cannot be liberated, and the chapter on the yogi's actions becoming Buddhahood, which is the eighth chapter. Then, the Bhagavan Vajra Wrathful One, praised by Wrathful King Ambrosia Whirl and others with many words of wonder and joy, and offered various offerings. From the Tantra Life-Word Secret Meaning Collection, the chapter on the retinue being satisfied and joyful, which is the ninth chapter. Then, the Bhagavan Glorious Vajrapani, spoke to the retinue: The assembled retinue, for the benefit of sentient beings in the future, should uphold this tantra. Thus it is said. From the Tantra Life-Word Secret Meaning Collection, the chapter on fully upholding the tantra, which is the tenth chapter. From the seven hundred chapters of the Tantra Secret Meaning Collection, the tantra called "Extracting Precious Fragments" is completed.
