Thus I have heard, at one time, in the palace of the Willow Tree, the secret lord Vajrapani, all the Buddhas of the three times gathered, empowered with might and power. At that time, all the evil spirits of the upper and lower realms were subdued and enslaved. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the samadhi of subduing the nagas, nyen (a type of evil spirit), and earth lords of the lower realms. In the Great Jewel Ocean, in the city of the evil nagas, he manifested a body that did not sink below the knees, a body as vast as the sky. From the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of blazing wisdom, he emanated five Garudas, subduing the nagas, nyen, and earth lords, etc. Furthermore, he subdued all castes, including kings, princes, Brahmins, commoners, and outcasts. At that time, for those evil, truthless, difficult to subdue, supportive of evil, and arrogant nagas, nyen, and earth lords, in order to tame them, he transformed into the Vajra Wrathful Bird Garuda and subdued them. 为了以慈悲救护那些伤害，请宣说您的慈悲大乐的利生事业。如是祈请。之后，吉祥金刚暴怒尊说道：暴怒业之自性金刚持，谛听！您所请问之事，我将宣说并开示。于此，对于赡部洲的两足众生，应当知晓守护龙毒和祛除龙毒这二者。其中，守护龙毒是：嗡 旃ḍa 嘛哈 啰ཥa ḍa 瓦日ra 嘎噜ḍa 吽 帕ṭ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。嗡 悉dha日塔 嘎噜ḍa 维戌dhi 纳嘎 纳纳。卡 唐 卡 唐。 尼玛 萨 斯拉 纳纳。 颅骨 纳纳。 质达 古力 纳纳。 库纳 希 质扎 穆尔 瓦洛 杰日。 纳嘎 希嘎。 纳嘎 纳纳。 纳嘎 郭拉 纳纳。 纳嘎 啦扎 杰日 杰日 帕ṭ 帕ṭ。念诵此咒，能够消除见到、触及、意念之毒、想法以及口风等毒。对于鱼胆等物品，念诵百万遍后加持，龙毒便无法侵袭，能够守护一切。此外，瑜伽士守护教法，乃至仅仅是对敌人施加，也应当对此深信不疑。守护龙、年、地神，没有比这更殊胜的了，如是宣说。如是说。命咒秘密义集中，守护龙毒品第二。之后，又说道：谛听，暴怒业之族！赡部洲的众生，龙、年、地神等，对于那些凶猛且造成损害的，首先对于被龙毒所侵袭的，应当这样做：首先观察被侵袭之处，之后为了祛除毒病，修习五种禅定的轮涅，应当具备皈依和发心，获得灌顶和随许之后，应当修习金刚暴怒尊，于心间观想化现的黑鹏，所有翅膀都充满金刚，以爪抓住地神、龙、年，迎请智慧尊，进行供养赞颂，灌顶和加持圆满后，应当念诵擦 哇 的心髓。嗡 旃ḍa 嘛哈 啰 卡 纳 瓦日ra 嘎噜ḍa 吽 帕ṭ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。念诵此咒，即是修持。首先观想本尊自身，如同盗贼进入山洞，之后思维禅定之轮，远离命咒等的魔障。

In order to protect those harms with compassion, please explain the great play of your compassion's enlightened activities. Thus he requested. Then, glorious Vajra Wrathful One spoke: Wrathful one, master of action, Vajradhara, listen! I shall explain and show the meaning of what you have asked. Here, for the two-legged beings of Jambudvipa, it should be known that there are two things: guarding against Naga poison and extracting Naga poison. Among these, guarding against Naga poison is: Om Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣa Ḍa Vajra Garuḍa Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Om Siddhārtha Garuḍa Viśuddhe Nāga Nana. Kha Thaṃ Kha Thaṃ. Nyima Sa Sla Nana. Skull Nana. Citta Guli Nana. Kuna Zhi Citra Mur Vyalok Jyer. Naga Shig. Naga Nana. Naga Go La Nana. Naga Raja Jyer Jyer Phaṭ Phaṭ. By reciting this, one can eliminate the poison of seeing, touching, mental poison, thoughts, and the poison of breath, etc. If fish bile and other substances are recited over a hundred thousand times and praised, Naga poison will not be able to penetrate, and it will protect everything. Furthermore, yogis guarding the teachings, and even just directing it at enemies, should know this to be very important. There is said to be nothing more superior than protecting Nagas, Nyen, and earth lords. Thus he spoke. From the Secret Essence of Life Syllables, the Second Chapter: Guarding Against Types of Naga Poison. Then, he spoke again: Listen, lineage of wrathful action! For the beings of Jambudvipa, Nagas, Nyen, and earth lords, for those who are fierce and cause harm, first, for those who are seized by the types of Naga poison, do this: First, examine the place that is seized. Then, in order to extract the poison disease, meditate on the wheel of the five contemplations. One should have refuge and bodhicitta. After obtaining empowerment and subsequent permission, one should meditate on Vajra Wrathful One. At the heart, meditate on an emanation of a black garuda. All the wings are filled with vajras. With claws, seize the earth lords, Nagas, and Nyen. Invite the wisdom being, and make offerings and praises. After the empowerment and blessings are complete, one should recite the essence of Tsa Wa. Om Caṇḍa Mahā Ro Kha ṇa Vajra Garuḍa Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Reciting this is the practice. First, if one meditates on the deity itself, it is like a thief entering a cave. Then, contemplate the wheel of contemplation, free from the harm of life syllables, etc.
