The Root Tantra of the Extremely Secret Mother is complete. In Sanskrit: Ehuhyacakratantra. In Tibetan: The Tantra of the Wheel of the Secret Realm. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra. Thus have I heard at one time. The Bhagavan, the master of the three secrets, exceedingly terrifying, endowed with various ornaments, arose from the secret bhaga, seated on a fierce A seat, surrounded by the assemblies of the secret lineages. From within that, the Bhagavan, the glorious Yama's Destroyer, arose from his seat and offered a hundred thousand dances as offerings to the teacher Samantabhadra, and beseeched the Bhagavan thus: "Alas, Sugata Bhagavan! In that King of Tantras spoken of above, from the mandala of support that was spoken of, will that secret action not be accomplished? If it is accomplished, what is the secret mantra like? From the garland of Mara, should one not approach it? What is the time for killing like? What is the reason for killing at the time of dead fish? What is the certainty of rakta like? What is the certainty of the skull like? What is the certainty of the number of letters? Should one not seek proof for this? What is it like to do for the retinue? Bhagavan, please explain that." Then the Bhagavan, the glorious King of Manifest Enlightenment, arose from his seat. From the vajra of body, speech, and mind, [came] the medicine that dispels the afflictions of sentient beings, the supreme essence that dispels the five poisons, the supreme lamp that dispels ignorance. That is great bliss, and it is taught for the sake of those to come. Listen with reverence with body, speech, and mind. Killing with the mandala of support is taught in seven ways in this. First, the abiding of A, the unborn dharmadhatu, the letter A. Mara himself is placed at the end. It is taught as the supreme approach that summons with dza. Second, the letter is yam. The moving letter is urged by bhyo. Third, the letter is ram. Between two rams is Mara. Meditate on the wheel of fire that burns. Fourth, the letter is bam. Between two bams is Mara. Meditate on the mandala of blood of desire. Fifth, the letter is su. Between two sus is Mara. Meditate on the mandala of earth of delusion. Sixth, the letter is ham. Between two hams is Mara. Like a mass of light.

Rā bsgom. The seventh letter is phaṭ. Between the two phaṭs is mā raya. The wrathful assembly is agitated like stars in the sky. The letter nṛ is the seed. The killing letter is also rbad. Place the letter māraya. Finally, the recitation with ja is the recitation of māraya. Because each one accomplishes one task, it is said that there are seven great practices. From the Tantra of the Secret Wheel of Space, the first chapter on the seven methods of accomplishment of fierce mantras based on support. Then Mañjuśrī asked: What is called "fish" like? Please explain the reason for fish. The Bhagavan said: Fish, like a close friend, is the root of meaning. The yogi is auspiciously empty. For those with wrong views, leprosy and various epidemics are sent. This is the teaching of fish. Emptiness is the way the yogi's mind arises. In order to teach the method of killing the curser, it is called emptiness. Rakta is the supreme of all the samaya substances of the ḍākinīs, and, whatever the curser is, it arises from the method of killing him, so rakta is taught. From the Tantra of the Secret Wheel of Space, the second chapter on the teaching of fish emptiness and rakta. Alas, Sugata Bhagavan, how many kinds of skulls are there? Please explain the determination of skulls. The Bhagavan said: The suchness of skulls will be explained. Listen with reverence in body, speech, and mind. Pressing skull and offering skull, as well as throwing skull, likewise ascending skull, holding skull, sky offering skull, repelling skull, covering skull, undamaged skull, speaking skull, eating skull, and so on, there are definitely thirteen kinds of skulls. Write the letter laṃ, possessing Mount Sumeru. In the center, place nṛ and the name. What is written is definitely the pressing skull. The substance and the substance determined to be pressed are the skins of frogs, which are definitely the skins of snakes. The word and the word determined to be pressed, also put a vase called "Nāga", possessing the samādhi of the Lord of Death mantra, the seven syllables of Akro are suppression, because one cannot do vajra recitation, so pressing definitely suppresses. In the center, place the name of the one to be accomplished, and entrust it to the nine kinds of fierce spirits. If the pressing skull is offered, it will be restored. If it is thrown, the accomplished thing will definitely be lost. The nāga is pressed on the horn with red lāva, and there are also horses and so on.
