By that truth, may there be auspiciousness here! Those who strive diligently with faith in the teachings, Those who enter the teachings of Gatama, Having attained that, having attained the entry to nectar, Having dispelled darkness, having attained the passing beyond sorrow, Therefore, the Sangha is said to be the supreme jewel. By that truth, may there be auspiciousness here! As soon as this view is applied, The view of the aggregates, moral discipline and asceticism, And doubt and the three defilements, Having abandoned them all at once, seeing the noble truth. Therefore, the Sangha is said to be the supreme jewel. By that truth, may there be auspiciousness here! Whether by body, speech, or even mind, Never committing the three evils, Even if done suddenly, not concealing it, Thus, they do not grasp with such views. Therefore, the Sangha is said to be the supreme jewel. By that truth, may there be auspiciousness here! Just as a tree of power planted in the ground, Is not moved by the winds of the four directions, So it is with the person who has seen the sacred noble path, The noble Sangha of the noble ones. The savior, with a loving heart, constantly protects all these beings like an only child, may you have happiness and auspiciousness! He who wanders in samsara, becomes the refuge of all sentient beings, becomes an island and a friend, may you have happiness and auspiciousness! He who has realized all dharmas, is pure and without deception, and makes purity with pure speech, may you have happiness and auspiciousness! The great hero was born, fulfilling the meaning of perfection and prosperity, and accomplishing the assembly of meanings, may you have happiness and auspiciousness! With his birth, the earth and the forests were shaken, and all sentient beings were delighted, may you have happiness and auspiciousness! Ah! What is the supreme, vast, and precious one? It is the precious, complete Buddha, In no way can it be counted or measured. That which is the most abundant nectar of peace and cessation, Which Shakyamuni realized in meditative equipoise, There is nothing equal to that Dharma, If done before, there will be no sorrow in the future. The eight types of individuals spoken of by the Victorious Ones, Those are the four pairs of persons. Endowed with all powers, supreme among all, free from all fears, omniscient in thought, this is the one Bhagavan. How wondrous, how marvelous, immeasurable, the precious perfect Buddha, the supreme of the world. Just as this of mine is the supreme truth, by this truth, may there be great well-being and auspiciousness. Cessation of existence, unmoving and unchanging, without fault, completely liberated from all fears. Utterly ceased, abundant and certainly arising, utterly stainless, peaceful, not stolen by the mind. How wondrous, how marvelous, immeasurable, the precious Dharma of the holy ones, the supreme of the world. Just as this of mine is the supreme truth, by this truth, may there be great well-being and auspiciousness. Utterly showing suffering and bestowing happiness, seeing the truths, those who are mindful. Without doubt in the precious truths, they will not take an eighth birth later.
