Without duality. Buddhas and sentient beings are thus. Among secrets, the most secret is the secret heart. For the two, each has its own instruction. Can light dispel darkness? With difference and without difference, precious instructions arise in sequence. All phenomena are unborn, but suffering ripens due to delusion. In order to liberate them, from the lotus palace of the chief of Akanishta, arises the wrathful, terrifying lord of demons. I, the great lord, the essence of all tantras, am difficult to fathom. Having spread the power of the tongue, it is spoken for the sake of all beings. Followers should hold it firmly. The first of those in samsara, having written this Vajra Tantra, those who read and recite it will not be born in a silent place, but will be born in a place that proclaims the Three Jewels. Abandoning the taking of evil births, gradually progressing, one will attain enlightenment. If one hears and contemplates this Vajra Tantra, the follower will become unobstructed wisdom. If one expounds this Vajra Tantra, in many lifetimes and through the five places, the fruit will increase through this. If one meditates on this Vajra Tantra, in this very life one will not regress, and the six clairvoyances will arise. In the wish-fulfilling jewel, whatever one desires will arise. Kilaya Activity Tantra. Past, present, and future come, the Buddha arises from this. This secret mantra, the clear lamp of all tantras, the first of the followers, if seen and heard, will be realized. Do not be distracted by this, it is a great vow. If one realizes the activity arising from the Vajra heart, the body of the heart and the speech of the heart, praised by the Sugatas, all qualities arise from this. Even the secret mantra that views things as real, if one holds this and practices it secretly, one is the best of the holy ones, seeing things as illusion and mist. The complete enjoyment body, speech, and mind, having entered the Vajra, arises from the non-dual Samadhi. The compiler, having entered the non-dual heart Vajra, in oneness, naturally equal and inseparable, becomes invisible. The secret of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, from the twelve Kilaya Tantras, the one that completely entrusts the ultimate fruit.
