忿怒尊之王马头明王续。 梵语：Krodha Hayagrīva Rāja Tantra。 藏语：忿怒尊之王马头明王续。顶礼吉祥饮血尊王！如是我闻，一时，在色究竟天法界宫殿中，在三角埃的广大坛城中，在明妃巴嘎达玛达图法之生处，在莲花极乐净土中，与佛母无二无别任运结合时，莲花嘿汝嘎，猫头者，枭头者，以及头饰众，向薄伽梵如是祈请：诶玛霍！薄伽梵金刚自性中，为了调伏恶毒邪见者，忆念往昔广大之誓愿，请将大悲示于我等。如是祈请后，吉祥饮血尊王从三摩地中起身，融入身语意。从身语意之自性中，以誓愿力显现众多游舞神变，安住于清净明澈之三摩地中，安住于自性之状态中。彼时，眷属众亦如是祈请：诶玛霍！ 方便身之胜者，秘密之状态，清净无垢之光明，从普光明之状态中，为利有情故，祈请示现忿怒之胜身。如是再三祈请后，彼时薄伽梵饮血尊王知晓被祈请，结忿怒游舞之手印，显现二种色身，断除一切恶毒，摄持饮血众，安住于生起次第中。马头明王续中，开端之第一品。之后，饮血尊王宣说了此马头明王之三摩地。马头明王之坛城，在红黑色燃烧之三角上，三面做成三个月牙形，安放三个恐怖颅骨，外层绘制八瓣莲花，中央观想龙王，其上清晰观想种子字，从光芒四射之光蕴中，以自咒语之音声猛烈催动，显现圆满之身相。其后忆念智慧，加持身语意，供养并摄收。

The Tantra of Hayagrīva, King of Wrathful Deities. In Sanskrit: Krodha Hayagrīva Rāja Tantra. In Tibetan: The Tantra of Hayagrīva, King of Wrathful Deities. Homage to the glorious King of Blood Drinkers! Thus have I heard at one time, in the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, in the vast mandala of the triangular E, in the bhaga dharmadhatu, the source of the consort, in the pure land of Lotus Bliss, when in spontaneous union inseparable from the Mother, Padmā Heruka, the one with the head of a cat, the one with the head of an owl, and the assembly of head ornaments, beseeched the Bhagavan thus: Emaho! From the very nature of the Vajra Bhagavan, in order to subdue the wicked and those with wrong views, remembering the vast vows of the past, please show great compassion to us. Thus beseeched, the glorious King of Blood Drinkers arose from samadhi, absorbed into body, speech, and mind. From the very nature of body, speech, and mind, through the power of vows, many playful miracles arose, abiding in the clear and luminous samadhi, abiding in the state of self-nature. At that time, the assembly also beseeched thus: Emaho! The supreme form of skillful means, the state of secrecy, the pure and stainless light, from the state of all-illuminating clarity, for the sake of sentient beings, please reveal the supreme form of wrath. Thus repeatedly beseeched, then the Bhagavan, the King of Blood Drinkers, knowing that he was being beseeched, made the mudra of wrathful play, manifested two forms, completely vanquished all wickedness, subdued the assembly of blood drinkers, and abided in the stage of generation. From the Tantra of Hayagrīva, the first chapter, the introduction. Then, the King of Blood Drinkers spoke this samadhi of Hayagrīva. The mandala of Hayagrīva, the king, is on a triangular, blazing red-black fire, with three sides made into three crescent moons, and three terrifying skulls are placed. The outer layer is painted with eight lotus petals. In the center, contemplate the Naga King. Above that, clearly visualize the seed syllable. From the radiant mass of light, intensely stimulate with the sound of one's own mantra, and the fully complete form becomes clear. After that, remembering the wisdom, bless body, speech, and mind, offer and gather.
