In Sanskrit: Manjushri Yamayantra Kala Viccha Hridaya Kirna Guhya Tantra. In Tibetan: The Secret Tantra of Manjushri Yamantaka Black Wheel of Sin and Heart Entanglement. Homage to the Bhagavan Manjushri, the Great Terrifier Yamantaka! Thus have I heard. At one time, in the expanse of the pure realm of Dharma, in a palace without beginning or end, in a celestial mansion spontaneously arisen with boundless wisdom, the Bhagavan, the embodiment of Vajra of body, speech, and mind, the Great Vajradhara, the essence of all Buddhas, was absorbed in the great sameness, which is the nature of all Buddhas, the Dharma-nature that is nothing whatsoever. The wisdom abiding in the unobscured realm, those abiding on the grounds and paths, the gods and dakinis, the vidyadharas, the wise ones who have transcended the world, and the lords of worldly pride were all present together. At that time, from among those assemblies, one named Vajra Heart arose from his seat and beseeched the Bhagavan: Alas! Vajradhara, the essence of all Buddhas, Dharmakaya, great compassion pervading all, out of compassion to liberate sentient beings who have not awakened, arise in complete form from the realm of non-thought, and from the state of equanimity, accomplish the benefit of beings! Having thus beseeched, the Bhagavan then arose from the realm of non-thought, with the attachment of great bliss and compassion, and for the sake of subduing and taming the arrogant, entered into samadhi in the form of the Great Mudra overpowering all. The vajra crosswind scattered in all ten directions. The ocean of blood churned. All the realms of the world roared, crackled, and shook violently. At that time, all the retinue fainted. Their bodies fell to the ground, and they lost consciousness. Then, Vajra Heart again prayed: Emaho! Great Terrifier! From the state of equality, you became wrathful in a terrifying form. Especially speak the essence of the secret mantra. The realms of the world shook greatly. The assembled retinue was in danger of losing their lives. Please breathe out like the sun of compassion. Please command the work to create the great mandala. Thus he prayed. Then, the Bhagavan entered the samadhi of breathing out, and all the retinue arose from their fainting. They developed devotion to the Bhagavan, and in an instant, they remembered their own essence, power, and strength, offered them, and embraced his body. From the Secret Tantra of the Glorious Black Sin-Entangled Wheel, the first chapter, which speaks of four topics. Then, Vajra Heart prayed to the Bhagavan: Eh ho! The essence of all Buddhas! At the end of the five hundred degenerate times, the Lord of Death, the demon Yama, churns from within the womb. Those who desire to practice the five inexpiable actions. The emanation of the joyful and powerful demon spreads. Those who resemble themselves, the pretenders of monks, take mantras and poisons from the outside. At that time, please explain the excellence of the black poisonous nail, the black sins entangled in the heart, the black wheel of karma. Thus he prayed.
