In the language of India: Dharmātāśanta-deva-tantra. In the language of Tibet: The Tantra of the Peaceful Deity of Dharmata. Homage to the Bhagavan Samantabhadra, the deity of universal peace! At one time when this was being taught, a deity called Bhagavan Samantabhadra resided entirely in his own mind. The mind resides in the sky. The sky does not reside in anything. It is not anything, nor is it non-existent. Likewise, the mind and Samantabhadra are also like that. That is the suchness. Dharmata is the Buddha. The Buddha does not reside at the edge, nor does he grasp at the center. The Buddha does not grasp at directions, nor does he make an "I." The Buddha does not accept first and foremost, nor does he hold as primary. He does not abandon faults, nor does he reject them. Likewise, the expanse is without change or alteration. The mind is without birth or death. Awareness is without gathering or scattering. The ground of all is without good or bad. Conceptualization is without weariness or fatigue. Wisdom is without reversal or alteration. Time is without day or night. Meditation is without arising or ceasing. The body is without front or back. Speech is without arising or ceasing. Mind is without permanence or annihilation. Qualities are without happiness or suffering. Activity is without effort or accomplishment. Although it is the nature of suchness, those who see faults in dharmata, who grasp at characteristics in phenomena, and who grasp at mind as a substance, for them, this distinction will be explained, thus it was said. Objects and faculties. Mind and aggregates. Outer and inner. Cause and effect. Buddhas and sentient beings. Among them, all sentient beings are sentient beings because of ignorance. Moreover, they are sentient beings because of attachment to all things. Moreover, they are sentient beings because of grasping at all things. Moreover, they are sentient beings because the power of grasping has increased. Among them, all Buddhas are Buddhas because their thought is completely pure. Moreover, they are Buddhas because they are without attachment to all things. Moreover, they are Buddhas because they do not grasp at all things. Moreover, they are Buddhas because the power of non-grasping has increased. All sentient beings are sentient beings because they grasp at existence as existent. Moreover, they are sentient beings because they grasp at existence as permanent. Moreover, they are sentient beings because they grasp at permanence as solid. Moreover, they grasp at solid as

Sentient beings are so because the power of clinging has increased. All Buddhas are Buddhas because they do not regard anything as existing or not existing. They are Buddhas because they do not constantly cling. Therefore, they are Buddhas because they do not cling to what is solid. Therefore, they are Buddhas because the power of not clinging to what is real has increased. All sentient beings are sentient beings because they cling to birth. Therefore, they are sentient beings because they cling to death. Therefore, they are sentient beings because they cling to change and transformation. Therefore, they are sentient beings because the power of clinging to change and transformation has increased. All Buddhas are Buddhas because they know that there is no birth. Therefore, they are Buddhas because they know that there is no death. Therefore, they are Buddhas because there is no change or transformation. Therefore, they are Buddhas because the power of knowing that there is no change or transformation has increased. All sentient beings are sentient beings because they look at directions and boundaries. Therefore, they are sentient beings because they look at what is grasped and what grasps. Therefore, they are sentient beings because they look at permanence and annihilation. Therefore, they are sentient beings because they look at existence and non-existence.
