Homage to the glorious Heruka Great Bliss, the Bhagavan Guru, the essence of the three kayas, in whom all blessings are gathered! The all-encompassing awareness is the Dharmakaya, the all-pervading clarity is the Sambhogakaya, the emanation that teaches transformation is the Nirmanakaya, the perfect glory of true meaning. Self-appearing, utterly pure, primordially liberated, the very nature of mind, free from fabrication, is neither Buddha nor sentient being, it transcends all bondage and liberation. Having thoroughly ascertained the definitive meaning, it is not separate, self-existing potential is complete. On the mountain of my body's channels, the moving wind stirs intensely, Equanimous wisdom-bindus radiate, naturally abiding, unmoving from its nature. With fearless samadhi, the samaya and wisdom are mixed together, Maturing and liberating occur simultaneously, bliss and emptiness are perfectly complete in an instant. Confusion is completely exhausted at the base, the great ground of the wisdom guru, Effortlessly, in a single instant, it is subdued. Thus, from my own awareness, To the emanation assembly, again and again, I speak with unobstructed words. The extensive meaning and the condensed meaning, and all the extremely scattered ones, All of these are self-arisen root words. From the Guru's Secret Tantra, Treasury of Instructions, the first chapter, the Introduction. Here, for my emanation assembly, I will explain the meaning of the empowerment in which all blessings are completely gathered, listen carefully. If you are not matured by empowerment, the profound path of liberation is cut off. Empowered by the king of rituals, thus, maturation and liberation are established in their place. Therefore, by whom is this empowerment given? It is given by a guru who possesses all the qualities. Abiding in the seat of self-realized awareness, not clinging to the taste of attachment. Endowed with the power of great compassion for the benefit of others, empowered with the stability of having attained the generation and completion stages. Likewise, the object to be empowered, is a suitable vessel for the secret mantra symbols. Open-minded, possessing faith and diligence, abiding in samaya. How does the guru instruct? Accomplish with diligence of body, speech, and mind. Do not indulge in worldly dharmas. Be generous and respect your vajra siblings, empower those who are free from doubt and hesitation.
