That, is established by naturally abiding. Meditation is the sickness of effort, the bliss of effortful mind arises from itself. The nature of non-appearance is accomplished by seeking without seeking. All inner and outer movements and non-movements are the very essence of Bodhi, the expanse is not moved by the thought of seeking. To remain without seeking is meditation. By seeking in this and that, the meaning of that as such does not arise from that. Since that is the essence, it is very wondrous that that arises from that. The five aggregates are the main Buddha, the five elements are the mother of the lineage. The faculties, objects, time, and consciousness, the Bodhicitta and the assembly of wrathful deities. The five afflictions are the path to Bodhi, all are the realm of Samantabhadra, not other than the Buddha himself. There is no seeking in the ultimate, nor is there seeking in the conventional. Whoever enters into the meaning of the ultimate, from the meaning of the secret Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: Ah), when focusing on the secret Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), with the definitive profound instruction, seeking without seeking, and meditating without meditating, abiding in a way that does not abide. In the way of non-fixation, always remain equally in itself. There is no good or non-good, Bodhi is the nature of space. Bodhi is not found by seeking, there is no Bodhi in wanting Bodhi. This essence of the true meaning is not found by meditating, nor is it found by not meditating. By meditating without seeking, one should make it the wheel of sleep. All phenomena are the nature of mind, meditate on that mind, its own nature, elsewhere. The nature of unreal Bodhicitta, the realm of bliss because of the unconditioned. Mind itself is unthinkable, beyond intellect, since it is primordially enlightened, there is no meditation. With the wisdom of a wise sage, if one does not seek and lets go, that is meditation. When awareness expands into the expanse, meditation is free from the sickness of seeking. Therefore, the secret is without stain, one should meditate on the true clear light. When the clear light union transforms the place, various signs are subdued into habits. By the mudra of Ali Kali, the play of Samantabhadra is accomplished. The unreal does not abide in the real, the Middle Way is without object, name also does not exist. Since there is no object of mind, all is all emptiness. The nature of all the Sugatas, from the tantra of the vastness of space, the profound instruction is taught, free from effort.

This is the twelfth chapter of establishment. Then, the Lord, the master of all Tathagatas, in order to separately show the two truths, summoned all the Tathagatas and spoke thus: The nature of the ultimate reality is not separate, not diverse; due to the inclinations of sentient beings, it transforms into various stages of means. Having the nature of distorted conceptualization, clinging to the continuum of agents and so on, and possessing sixty-two views, this is conventional truth, not ultimate truth, called freedom from elaboration. The two views that cling to external objects, clinging to self and so on, this is conventional truth, not ultimate truth. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases, and dependent origination and so on, considering them as truly existent, having the characteristic of being composed of particles, and the nature of phenomena arising from that, this is the nature of ultimate reality. Completely abandoning the grasped and the grasper, the inner desires of consciousness, the particles themselves do not constitute parts, not one, not many. The nature of the completely imputed is not real, it is conventional truth. The nature of dependent arising, called the perfectly established, is called ultimate truth. The nature of great emptiness is equalized by the absence of self of phenomena, one's own mind is originally unborn, the conventional truth with self-nature, because it is ultimate emptiness, therefore self-nature is without self-nature. Actions and the continuum of both, actions performed towards external objects, bathing and purification and so on, this is conventional truth, not ultimate truth. Relying on signs, accomplishing the signless, and combining inner purity, this is called true truth. All of the Yoga Tantra, appearing but without self-nature, all the nature of samsara and nirvana, is conventional truth, is cessation. That which is called ultimate truth is secret, without self-nature. The sphere of all secret bindus, that is the essence of all Buddhas. This is all the Buddhas, secret, supreme, immaculate, the place where all qualities arise, all without self-nature. The great utmost yoga is, samadhi and conduct, and the stages of means are conventional truth, called vehicle, called vehicle. Because it is ultimate emptiness.
