Then (the Buddha) said to the assembly: Effortless, beyond mind, listening, explaining, speaking, expressing, cannot be demonstrated. Thus he spoke. This is the chapter on explaining the inaction beyond mind, which is the seventh chapter. Then, by the clear and radiant jewel, it was asked: Where does the complete gathering of bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།) take place? After this question, the teacher said to the assembly: In the primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་) non-substantial bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།), all the minute bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ཕྲན།) are completely gathered. Bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་) means without arising, Le (Tibetan: ལེ།) means without ceasing. All (Tibetan: ཀུན།) means all manifestations, gathered (Tibetan: འདུས།) means gathered in the great primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་). That is the complete gathering of bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།). Thus he spoke. This is the chapter on teaching the complete gathering of bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།), which is the eighth chapter. Then, by the clear and radiant jewel, it was asked: How is the completely clear instruction? After this question, the teacher said to the assembly: Although primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་) itself is inexpressible, it is explained in order to enable those of lesser intelligence to realize it. The nature of the non-substantial primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་) is difficult to examine and difficult to show, because it is free from the expression of words. In order to seek the root source of mind itself (Tibetan: སེམས།), when one looks at oneself in any way, one does not see the inner mind (Tibetan: སེམས།), nor does one see the outer mind (Tibetan: སེམས།), nor does one see the mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) in the aggregates (Tibetan: ཕུང་པོ།), the elements (Tibetan: ཁམས།), and the formations (Tibetan: འདུ་བྱེད།). When he does not see the mind (Tibetan: སེམས།), and looks at where that mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) came from, then that mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) did not come from anywhere, nor did it go anywhere, nor does it abide anywhere, so the primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་) is without substance. The supreme intention of the single Buddha, inexpressible, free from all thoughts and discriminations, cannot be pointed to as "this," difficult to be constant, difficult to be stable, free from all verbal expressions, incomparable, and cannot even be compared to space. Immeasurable, free from measure, neither a measure, nor a reason, nor can it be estimated, because it does not depend on anything, so the mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) has no abode, no support, it is not annihilation, it is not permanence, it is not accumulation, it does not arise from cause, it is not produced by conditions, it is neither self nor other, it is not that, it has no lineage, it has no cause, it does not dissipate, it does not appear, it has no essence, as it is, the primordially pure (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་) is not seen. True, unwavering, solitary, not even a little is seen, completely unseen, not discriminating, not appearing to discriminate, not moving, not thinking, not fabricating, because the mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) has no form, so enlightenment has no form. The nature of mind (Tibetan: སེམས།) is enlightenment, the nature of enlightenment is all phenomena. All phenomena
