The new monks of our monastery, with this practice mandala arranged by ourselves on their lips, decided to establish the first Kalachakra practice offering on the basis of Jonang's own Serkha practice offering. The painting, measurements, dances, etc., that had been studied before were also prepared at that time. In July, the preparations for the Dharma assembly were arranged properly, and everything went well. This year, there was almost no need to stay in retreat, but due to Yamas and bad blood, I was often sick. After the practice offering was completed, some people, such as Ongpo Lhundrup, were in a hurry to return to their hometown, so it was also necessary to explain the Six Yogas. There were others who urged me before and after, and they also urged me, so I composed this large commentary on the Six Yogas. Since I felt it was absolutely necessary as a branch of it, I also wrote an introduction to the texts of logic and epistemology, and the root and commentary on the Inner and Outer Illusory Wheels in that autumn. Since arriving here, the renovation of the practice place Kyipu Deden has been successfully completed. The public houses and other things were also completed in many piecemeal tasks that year. For the painting room of Kumbum Tongdrol Chenmo, exquisite curtains were made, and similar curtains were also made for Bumdir. For the other various temples, during the intermediate storage period, about twenty curtains were also offered to the old curtains. Rainbows, lights, and rains of flowers appeared, which were very wonderful signs. For those who rely on us Jonangpas, whatever is needed for the happiness, well-being, and fame of this life, they should establish a connection of service with Kumbum Tongdrol Chenmo.

In a dream, the white-radiant Tsen god appeared and said that the share of the torma had been cut off and demanded it. Here it is said: A hundred ways of good qualities appear, The edge of knowledge appears without end. For those without merit, It is always the night of sinking. Once the sun's rays rise, Even if it illuminates hundreds of millions of places, For those facing north or down, There is always darkness in the cave. For the fortunate ones, quickly grant the supreme enlightenment, For all beings, it is the basis for the emergence of endless truth, This profound Madhyamaka Tathagatagarbha teaching, What else is there other than the profound path of ultimate Vajra Yoga? This was also said in the middle. Colophon Prayer In the ocean of liberation and peace, becoming one taste, The endless Dharma flowing like a gentle river, Even a tiny fragment of words, Can wash away the stains of the three poisons, this nectar of good speech. By the power of the pure virtuous deeds of printing this scripture, Open the thousand doors of the true Dharma, May all beings of the five lineages, Freely obtain the treasure of definite goodness. Thus, in order to promote the teachings of the unharmed and peaceful teacher Shakya Simha in the vast world, and for the sake of many temporary and long-term benefits, this prayer of dedication of printing scriptures can be used for the printing of all non-sectarian Buddhist scriptures and scriptures to be printed in the future, written by Shakya Bhikshu Dharma speaker Ngawang Lobsang Tenzin Gyatso.
