From the Tantra, the seventh chapter, "The Supreme Tögal". Then, Vajra Dakini asked: "Teacher, Samantabhadra, Please speak about the Tögal conduct." Samantabhadra replied: "Listen, Dakini Garland of the Sun, When explaining the Tögal conduct: The uncreated conduct, the self-arisen Tögal, If one knows how to practice with outer and inner light, The Sambhogakaya self-radiance practices without bias. The conduct arises from its own power, Unobstructed, the self-arisen conduct is Tögal. If one knows how to practice the self-appearing body without birth, The Dharmakaya self-nature practices without bias. The practitioner self-appears, the object of practice is liberated, Without cultivation, the self-arisen conduct is Tögal. In the secret appearance, the moving mind is pure, The self-arisen conduct, the Nirmanakaya arises from within. The object of practice is self-radiant, the light is clear without bias. The Tögal conduct, whatever appears is the Nirmanakaya. Everything appears as conduct, so the deluded eye is not obstructed. The Tögal conduct does not need to rely on means. Because it is self-liberated, it does not rely on means, Therefore, it is called the Tögal conduct." Thus it was said. From the "Tögal of View" Tantra, the eighth chapter, "The Chapter on Conduct Not Arising from Means". Then, Vajra Dakini asked: "Please speak about the Tögal meditation." Samantabhadra replied: "Listen, Vajra Dakini Garland of the Sun, When explaining the Tögal meditation: The Tögal that surpasses meditation experience, The self-arisen wisdom pervades extensively. When the meditator moves, with self-power, The self-awareness wisdom arises from within. The Tögal that surpasses the object of meditation, The Vipassana self-arises, arises from within. The Tögal that surpasses the objectless meditation, The non-dual wisdom blazes from within. The Tögal that surpasses the fruit of meditation, The single bindu blazes from within. The experience of Tögal, without sinking or dullness, The wisdom of Tögal, the phenomena and existence bindu blazes." Thus it was said. From the "Tögal of View" Tantra, the ninth chapter, "The Chapter on Tögal Meditation". Explaining the Fruit of Tögal: The fruit of Tögal, all are liberated from the time of practice. The Tögal of hope and fear, self-appears blazing in the bindu. The Tögal of phenomena and existence, liberated from the realm of Bardo. The Tögal of Samsara and Nirvana, the bindu holds its own ground. The Tögal of interruption, the bindu is placed as one body. The Tögal of the one who obtains, without object, self-appears in oneself. The Tögal of what is obtained, is liberated from its own ground from the beginning. The Tögal of what should be obtained
