。The Secret Instruction of the Vajra Empowerment Treasure. ! The Supreme Samadhi Tantra. Homage to the Bhagavan, Glorious Samantabhadra Vajrasattva Great Bliss. At one time when this was taught, the Bhagavan, the one who brings to mind, Samantabhadra, entered into the unwavering samadhi of dharmata. All outer and inner contents were gathered into the state of equality of dharmata and remained there. When they were gathered in this way, they did not become any kind of entity. When they did not become, great compassion pervaded without partiality or bias, arising for all sentient beings. When great compassion arose, as the nature of great compassion, the sign of enlightenment, the dharmakaya, became white and shimmering like a lunar mandala. Although it appeared like a lunar mandala, not even a particle moved from the fact that there was no meaning whatsoever. From the realization of nothingness, the wisdom of realization dawned. Then, from that very state, Vajrasattva proclaimed the sound called HŪM (Tibetan, हूँ, Sanskrit Devanagari, hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Hūṃ). As self-arisen wisdom dawned, he became enlightened in the nature of letters. Since nothing at all was established in suchness, he recited the profound emptiness of dharma, and transcended the three aspects of characteristics into the Great Perfection. From the unwavering great compassion, with Kriya Yoga (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Action Yoga) benefiting with love, the pervasive compassion was recited. The sun of the Great Perfection of wisdom dawned. Then, by showing the letters as syllables, all meanings were recited completely. It was placed in the state of not moving from merely appearing as HŪM (Tibetan, हूँ, Sanskrit Devanagari, hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Hūṃ). When it did not move, there was nothing that the letters did not accomplish. From the accomplishment of the letters, without moving, the wisdom was clarified by the heart-hand gestures. Even so, it did not diminish from the emptiness of the nature of reality. Just by uttering the word HŪM (Tibetan, हूँ, Sanskrit Devanagari, hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Hūṃ), each action of the collection of letters was performed, and the elements were balanced. Each was enlightened in the meaning of their respective actions, as follows: The movement of wind, without moving, was enlightened as great elevation. The unchanging sky was enlightened as vast expanse. The gathering of water was enlightened in the center of space. The movement of earth was enlightened without corruption. The balancing of the heat of fire was enlightened in the arising of meaning. That too, in the suchness of meaning, was expressed in words.

Therefore, these are the letters, namely: E YAṂ MAṂ LAṂ RAṂ. Then, because it does not waver from the samadhi of suchness and is immutable, therefore, it is named the Jewel Mount Meru, namely: HŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) HŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Then, expanding the Dharma-nature into suchness, thereby generating everything, and being pervasive in oneself, therefore, it is named the palace, namely: BHRŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) BIŚVA VIŚUDDHE. Here, many assemblies of samadhi gather, therefore, it is named adorned with ornaments. From nothingness arise the makara Tarana, and the pearl rosary, the jewel pendants, ornaments and rosaries, the gold and jewel nets, golden bells, and so on. Many, many samadhis of ornaments, the fewest of the few, the greatest of the great, the smallest of the small, not wavering from anything, invisibly pervasive and manifest. Manifest and all appearing, but nothing is established. From the invisible realm of reality arises unwavering wisdom, manifesting the non-inner and outer, the unestablished inner and outer. In that palace, in the center without a center, the ornament without ornament, the sun and moon without sun and moon, in the aperture not adorned with star windows, it is shown invisibly as all-visible. The palace is that which is not established in anything. Surrounded by the non-inner, in the center without a center, by the non-revolving wheel, it revolves around all of these, having four uncountable numbers, shown as round and three-faced. For the Dharma-nature of emptiness, nothing is wavered or shown, but everything is seen and realized. On that wheel is the non-throne, the formless lion, elephant, horse and peacock, garuda, and so on, named with wordless names, appearing as meaningless self-nature. The jewel throne adorned with wisdom is named, the fulfillment that does not fulfill desires, the non-existence of existence, and the great attachment of non-attachment, dwelling on the lotus, the seat of the non-dwelling dwelling, the existence of the non-sun-moon-lotus, shown as the great movement of non-movement. The non-dwelling dwelling place, sudden and intermediate corridors, square door frames, and so on, the seat lotus and sun and moon, the non-hard and soft vajra rock, and so on, the non-dwelling seat, the unarranged arrangement, invisible and extremely clearly appearing.
