三、主要是依循《佛语译经》（即“甘珠尔”）与《论疏》（即“丹珠尔”）的传统，以佛教正法的见解与修持为依托所成立的圣法论著为根本。除此之外，诸如辞章、诗文等西藏自有的语文人文学科之领域中，也都具有佛教经典语句的影子与变化。在此，由于应时所需，我们所制作的电子书籍的主要范围，已放置于近代类别之中；另外，新近出现的现代文学丛书也正被制作成电子书籍。如此，前文所言的雪域西藏珍贵的圣典文献，均是依赖于清晰优美的四种藏文声调音节的编纂而成。论述之内容，观点依据因明，行为不违世俗，由真实与传承相结合，形成一类在他国难得而特具价值特色的庞大典籍丛集。正如东西方许多有广阔视野的学者们，皆在外表文化繁盛、内里社会动荡的局势中，对此佛教珍贵正典寄托希望。而且，由于大小乘及密续圆满的藏传佛法传统，学人们正不断以深入研究与坚信之心投入，使之年年益发增长。因此，藏文学术体系本身，已在时空中自足地确立为一稀有无比之珍宝，并非仅为一时无关紧要的小事。同样，在当代西藏新文学书籍之中，也有许多未能充分继承、振兴、补充西藏文化遗产的根源，理应得到承认与重视。基于此，我等觉囊龙夏寺“吉祥不变大乐洲愿成宝库文集编辑室”，如前所述，正将现存的藏文经典整理为电子书籍，以供弘扬与流通。

Primarily, it is based upon the tradition of the Kangyur (the translated words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (the translated treatises), relying on the view and practice of Buddhism to establish authentic Dharma commentaries. Beyond that, in fields such as grammar, poetics, and other Tibetan linguistic and cultural disciplines, there are also strong reflections and transformations of Buddhist scriptures. Here, due to practical necessity, the main scope of the e-books we are producing has been placed within modern categories; likewise, recently composed works of modern literature are also being converted into e-books. Thus, the precious collection of Tibetan Buddhist scriptures of the Snow Land, mentioned above, has all been compiled through the use of the four clear and melodious tonal syllables of the Tibetan language. The subjects discussed, their perspectives grounded in valid cognition, and conduct free from harm—integrated with both reality and lineage—constitute a vast treasury of texts with unique characteristics and value not found elsewhere. In the same way, many learned scholars of the East and West, endowed with broad vision, in times of outward cultural flourishing yet inward societal turbulence, place their hopes upon these treasured Buddhist scriptures. Moreover, since the complete tradition of Tibetan Buddhism encompasses both Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna, along with Vajrayāna, scholars continually engage with them through research and devotion, so that year by year they grow ever stronger. Therefore, the Tibetan scholastic system itself stands as an incomparable treasure in the world, not merely as something minor or insignificant. Similarly, in the case of many contemporary Tibetan literary works, although numerous, they often have not yet fully inherited, revitalized, or supplemented the roots of Tibetan cultural heritage, and should rightly be recognized as essential. Accordingly, we at the Editorial House of the “Treasury of Writings of the Unchanging Great Bliss Isle of Definite Meaning” of Lungsak Monastery of the Jonang tradition, as mentioned above, are working to publish the existing Tibetan scriptures into e-book format for the sake of dissemination and preservation.

Through the gate of technology, we seek scriptures for those engaged in vast endeavors, and assist those who study texts with resources, likewise aspiring to support the preservation of Tibetan cultural heritage and the precious Dharma. Yet, due to limited personal experience and skills, and further because of the few people involved and the scarcity of time, especially owing to insufficient knowledge in assisting with scripture collation, errors of three kinds—printing mistakes, omissions, and redundancies—inevitably occur in our e-books. Therefore, with sincerity we confess before all the learned and to the Tibetan cultural community, and together we request the wise to kindly point out our mistakes, grant us guidance for improvement, and show us the right direction. Finally, may this work, through the power of the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, ensure that the noble beings upholding the Dharma live long, that their activities flourish, and that the stainless essence of Sutra and Tantra, realized and mastered by the learned and accomplished, spread and inspire. May the greatness of the Dharma Jewel clearly shine forth in the world, exemplified through the system of the Victorious One, the Buddha, fulfilling the aspirations of all Buddhas of the three times. May it prosper in all times and places, supported by karmic conditions and faithful devotion. May all beings without exception receive immediate and lasting great waves of benefit and happiness, as sincerely aspired. As it is said: ‘By the sound of the great Dharma drum, may the sufferings of sentient beings be brought to an end, and for countless aeons may the teaching be given and remain.’ May this vast prayer be fulfilled in truth. The truth of dependent origination without deception, and by the power of our pure noble intention, may all aspirations swiftly accomplish happiness and goodness.
