An Invitation to View the Seven Treasuries of the Omniscient Longchen Rabjampa. An Invitation to View the Seven Treasuries of the Omniscient Longchen Rabjampa. Herein is an Invitation to View the Seven Treasuries of the Omniscient Longchen Rabjampa. Namaḥ Sarvajñāya. Homage to the All-Knowing One). The field of primordial, utterly peaceful, and naturally vast essence, The ever-unmoving expanse of wisdom's Dharmakāya, Possessing the great power of intention, a perfected display, To the Omniscient Lama, I prostrate. Alas, the very nature of supreme qualities, Is not self-made, relying on holy texts, Just as the best of jewels arise from the great ocean, What can be found independently in a lesser place? The light of realization's wisdom-sun, Also comes from the unbroken blessing lineage of the Lama's instructions, It will certainly arise; empty meditation is a dark stone, Few truly walk on the path of goodness. Not having heard is a great fault in existence, But hearing wrongly is an even greater sin, When there is an opportunity to view the texts of the wise, Why not purify the scope of hearing's eye? In this existence, the only wish-fulfilling jewel, Is the precious doctrine of the Omniscient Lama, Since there is no other way to become a Buddha apart from this, Who would not rejoice greatly in this? The supreme essence of Vajrayāna, the pinnacle of vehicles, A precious treasury of the intent of hundreds of thousands of tantras, With vast expression and profound meaning, Seeing this is directly meeting the face of Samantabhadra. Understanding the meaning of sixty hundred thousand tantras, Knowing the nature of all phenomena of existence, peace, samsara, and nirvana, Profound Understanding the special qualities of the intent of the supreme vehicle, Therefore, strive diligently to view this text. The nature of the Dharmakāya, which cannot be guarded, Is the treasury of Samantabhadra's intent, beyond cause and effect. If this excellent text does not cut through elaboration, Who will destroy the mind's sectarian biases? A compilation of the essence of all instructions, The six collections are also a complete treasury of Dharma, Even meeting the Victorious Ones directly, such an excellent path, Is it not difficult to hear all at once? The complete teachings are contained in a single treatise, A precious treasury of explanations and established views, Such an excellent text, in both China and Tibet, Has not appeared before, and is unlikely to appear now. Perfectly showing all aspects of what to abandon and adopt as desired, A treasury of hearing, contemplating, and meditating on the complete Dharma.

Seeing this, one knows the reality of all teachings, In an instant, one will become learned in hundreds of scriptures. The meaning of the supreme vehicle, condensed into eleven words and meanings, Well-collected, complete, and meaningful pith instructions, If there is a single treasure trove of essential practices, Then one is uniquely brave in cutting the root of samsara. Especially, the meaning of the dharmakaya, which is the innate mind itself, Is well shown in the naked wisdom free from elimination and establishment, This is the essence of the intention of the omniscient Lama, A treasure of dharmadhatu, more profound than profound, A scripture in which the true dharmakaya actually appears. Such a good scripture is the actual Buddha, Accomplishing the deeds of the Buddhas in this world, A scripture that manifestly shows the intention of the Buddhas, Even meeting the Buddha, there is nothing better than this. Such a good scripture is the treasure of all the sacred teachings, The ultimate object of expression of all dharmas, It is the naked display of the wisdom of the dharmakaya, Even comparing all dharmas, there is nothing better than this. Such a good scripture is the heart of all the noble assemblies, The wisdom of realization of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, past, present, and future, does not go beyond this, There is no wisdom of the noble ones better than this. The complete three jewels, the offering pillar of the dharmakaya, Is the unsurpassed footprint of all the Buddhas, The true image of the realization of the omniscient Lama, Whoever meets this will have their last existence. Such a good scripture, even hearing one word of it, Can shatter the appearances of samsara to pieces, How much more so when one has the opportunity to meet it completely, How can one be said to have a mind if one abandons it? Alas! The teachings of the three baskets and the nine vehicles, Are mostly intended for those who are diligent, Saying that one is liberated by meditation, practice, and effort, But the wisdom free from elimination and establishment is not seen. This effortless, mind-transcending vajra pinnacle, Is the unmeditated Buddha, the naked expanse of awareness and emptiness, Even the lazy one will be given the dharmakaya immediately, Because there is no attachment to meditation, practice, and effort. In this world with gods, the one who shows this path, The omniscient Lama is the only dharmakaya. Of all the teachings of the dharmakaya that remain, This dharmadhatu treasure is the essence of the Dharma. Therefore, such a good scripture in this world, Is liberation through seeing, liberation through hearing, and liberation through remembering, Whoever is connected to it will be a future Buddha, If one understands its meaning, it is the present
