如是。 伟大的能仁之语，犹如雷鸣一般， 音调的差别，威慑而庄严地宣说。11 语调美妙，以各自的语言， 没有扭曲、尖锐、颤抖的姿态， 五个音节的母音清晰悦耳， 非常优美动听。12 无论用什么言语表达什么， 词义不混淆，具有意义， 不说无意义的话，被调伏者能够理解， 能仁之语，所表达的意义深奥。13 能仁的加持，梵天之音的语言， 无论如何宣说，都容易理解， 一句话也能在劫中起作用， 即使是愚笨的人也能理解。14 无论谁说了什么问题， 都能完全满足他和她的愿望， 甚至对畜生等各种众生， 也能用各自的语言，宣说他们想要的一切。15 因此，所有众生， 从各个方向，以虔诚之心聚集， 即使是陷入愚痴、堕落的畜生， 也喜欢听闻您的教诲。16 美妙的比喻，是众生的心之所向， 不离此境，将根识专注于此， 心不散乱，一心欢喜， 以一切智者的教诲而满足。17 词语的意义是解脱之道， 因为一句话也能表达多种意义， 凡是成为您的弟子的人， 没有偏离解脱之道。18 像诡辩者所说的虚伪论典一样， 难以理解的，胜者不会宣说， 因为仅仅听闻就能理解， 所以您的追随者中，精通者众多。19 即使是从未成熟、误入歧途、愚昧的声音中， 也能宣说一切佛法，并使其成熟， 您的教诲种子，无论播种在哪里， 那里菩提的穗子总是饱满。20 在天界，帝释天的鼓声， 在乾闼婆的国度，常鸣的乐器， 有福之人所拥有的，树木的悦耳之声， 甚至从无情物的声音中，也能宣说许多佛法。21 在不净的泥潭中，金色的蜜蜂， 在猛兽之中，狮子王等， 以各自所调伏者的语言， 从一切相智者的教诲中产生。22 语的加持，化身无尽， 依调伏者的根器 和愿力而定。

The speech of the great Thupa is like the sound of thunder, The distinctions of tone, subduing and majestic, are proclaimed. 11 The melodious voice is in each respective language, Without any twisting, sharpness, or trembling, The five vowels are clear and pleasing, Extremely beautiful and pleasing to the ear. 12 Whatever is expressed by whatever speech, The meaning of the words is not confused, it is meaningful, Not speaking meaningless words, the tamed can understand, The speech of the Thupa is profound in its expression. 13 The blessing of the Thupa, the speech of the voice of Brahma, However it is taught, it is easy to grasp, A single utterance can accomplish meaning for an eon, Even the foolish can understand and realize. 14 Whoever speaks a question, Whatever he or she desires is completely fulfilled, Even to animals and various beings, He teaches whatever they desire in their own languages. 15 Therefore, all beings, From various directions, gather with devotion, Even animals who have fallen into ignorance and decline, Are inclined to listen to your teachings, Thupa. 16 The example of pleasantness is the mind-holder of beings, Not departing from it, focusing the senses there, Not distracted, with a mind of singular joy, All are satisfied by the speech of the All-Knowing One. 17 The meaning of the words is the path of liberation, Because a single word can express many meanings, Whoever becomes a disciple of the Thupa, Has not deviated from the path of liberation. 18 Like the deceptive treatises of sophists, The Victorious One does not teach what is difficult to grasp, Because it is understood merely by hearing, Therefore, many of your followers become learned. 19 Even from the immature, misguided, and ignorant voices, He teaches all the Dharma and causes them to ripen, Wherever the seed of your speech is sown, There the ear of enlightenment is always full. 20 In the realm of the gods, the drums of Indra, In the realm of the Gandharvas, constant music, Possessed by the fortunate, the sweet sounds of trees, Even from the sounds of inanimate objects, he teaches much Dharma. 21 In the impure mud, golden bees, Among wild beasts, the king of lions, etc., In the language of whatever he tames, It arises from the speech of the All-Knowing One. 22 The blessing of speech, inexhaustible emanations, According to the capacity of those to be tamed And the power of aspiration.
