Ultimately, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness (Skt: Sukhavati), arises from the complete abandonment of ignorance symbolized by the buffalo hide. To generate the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, the faces, hands, etc., mentioned above symbolize the culmination of all external years and months, waxing and waning, days and nights, hours, moments, shifts, summers and winters, etc., which are the four mandalas of wind, the twelve great shifts, etc., from the wandering winds. And the increase and decrease of the white and red bodhicitta (Skt: Bija) that depend on them. All merge into the Avadhuti nadi, performing the three dissolutions of the nadi, and the bliss-emptiness wisdom arises dependent on the union of the white and red bodhicitta. For this, the inner cause is Vajrajapa, and the outer cause is relying on the mudra that symbolizes the lotus of bliss being raised. The buffalo face is for collecting the lives of beings in the three realms, so it is a buffalo head. Please grant its empowerment. Subduing the spirits of the underworld, the red-faced Rakshasi in the middle is a manifestation of compassion for beings, and the blood flowing from the mouth is a symbol of indicating the great path to beings, subduing the humans and Rakshasas on the earth, and the face on top is subduing the gods. Its five tufts of hair symbolize the five wisdoms, so five skulls are not actually used. Even though wearing animal skin, it is said to be naked because there is no covering of the genitals. The pith instructions say piecemeal, the three-layered bodhicitta at the base is the gross body, the fundamental wind, and the mind. On the path, it is the yogi's gross body, the pure and impure illusory body, and the clear light of example and meaning. At the result, it is successively the three kayas: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. The three eyes are because of knowing the three times and the three liberations. Thus, the ways of symbolizing the three outer, inner, and other aspects have been explained in detail in Ye-he. In the extensive commentary of the root tantra, Lalita says: 'Combined with all that is symbolized by the body of Bhairava, the meaning of how the three outer, inner, and other aspects are symbolized, the venerable guru has made a slight commentary, and the extensive commentary, like a continuous poem, was entrusted to the wise Dharma King, who recorded it in writing to avoid forgetting, and again sealed it with an extremely secret seal. Understand this principle, and you who are faithful and intelligent, do not show it to others, be sure to keep it secret. If you reveal it, I will incur great sin. Therefore, do not spread it in any way, keep the vows strictly.' Mangalam! Mangalam! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
