压制指的是,将金刚界自在母的脉放入宝珠dhūti(梵文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)灯芯之中并束缚住。

The center (དབུས།). When a yogi meditates single-mindedly, the time is from dawn. The manner of acting, entering, abiding, and rising, is as explained in the Guhyasamāja Tantra. The temporary benefits are easy to understand. This is called 'Mantra Yoga,' so in effect, one obtains the inseparable union of wind and mantra. The object of focus for absorption is the white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum, seed syllable) at the center of the dhūti (Sanskrit, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) in the heart, about the size of a mustard seed, etc. Through the vajra recitation of the branch winds, not only is nirvāṇa attained, but also the five superknowledges. The transference of consciousness (འཕོ་བ་) spoken of here is to understand that, as explained in the tantras, the transference of consciousness requires the complete perfection of the entering, abiding, and absorption of the winds into the indestructible bindu in the heart. The three realms refer to the practitioner himself and the consort's body, speech, and mind, without exception. One should meditate on the essence of the Buddha. 'One should meditate on the essence of the Buddha' refers to the body, speech, and mind of the consort and the practitioner himself, meditating on the essence of the three vajras of body, speech, and mind, and the detailed distinctions of similar causes, etc., are the four joys. 'When like a water ripple' (གང་ཚེ་ཆུ་ཡི་རི་མོ་ལྟར་ཞེས་པ་ནི།) refers to, just as a water ripple disappears and does not remain in each moment. At that time, the movement of the winds flowing from the Rōraṅ channel is stopped in each moment, and they abide in the central channel. At that time, great bliss will be attained spontaneously, and it will not be interrupted. At that time, what other happiness arises from the joy? If the bodhicitta falls, the aggregate of consciousness will faint, and memory will be lost, so how can there be accomplishment? The space realm is the cavity in the channel of Vajradhātvīśvarī, and the vajra is the central channel of the jewel's wick, and these two are equally united. From such a wonderful place with awareness, that which generates happiness is supreme joy, and its creator, that is, joy, separation from joy, supreme joy, and the joy that arises in the center of separation from joy is firm, and one should abide in it. Then there is the order of the four joys, first is joy, second is supreme joy, third is spontaneous joy, and fourth is separation from joy. Separation from joy refers to later remembering the experience of spontaneous joy of mantra. The center of the lotus sky is the hole in the channel of Vajradhātvīśvarī. The center of the vajra is the hole in the wick of the jewel's central channel. Suppression refers to placing and binding the channel of Vajradhātvīśvarī into the wick of the jewel's dhūti (Sanskrit, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning).

The so-called 'center' refers to the prana entering and abiding in the central channel. At that time, one's own mind abides in the vase breath and focuses on it. The state of emptiness and the wisdom of great bliss are the essence of co-emergent wisdom. It is not attachment to appearance, nor is it born from detachment, nor will it focus on the near-attainment central channel. For the co-emergent wisdom, starting from 'ཐུན' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: ཐུན, , thun, temporary stay), up to a thousand kalpas, one should abide in it through focused practice. Fourth, the navel chakra is called the palace of the dakinis. Because in the center of this chakra there are the definitive dakini, Sharma, and the fire of tummo, it can induce great bliss. 'Center of the lotus' refers to the center of the petal. Therefore, 'center of the navel' refers to the center of the vase breath of the navel chakra. The hero, namely Yamantaka, the one-faced, two-armed parents, holding weapons, symbolizing the fusion of skillful means and wisdom. The light emanating from the union shines on the three realms, causing joy and absorption of the sentient beings' world and the inanimate vessel world. The yogi should integrate the essence of the great yogi's co-emergent wisdom into himself. How to absorb? Like wiping a mirror, gradually absorb from the edges. Absorb all the vessel and sentient world into the outer charnel ground, then absorb into the palace, then absorb into the main deity, then absorb into the main deity parents of the chakra. The place of absorption is the white 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: ཧཱུྃ, , hūṃ, Hum) syllable in the center of the navel lotus, as small as a mustard seed, and the mind should focus on it. From this, the clear light co-emergent wisdom will manifest. The true nature of the co-emergent wisdom is free from permanence and annihilation, self and other, existence and non-existence, samsara and nirvana, beginning and end, and middle. It is not real. From the clear light co-emergent wisdom, the illusory body previously mentioned will be accomplished. In the order of the four yogas, from the clear light co-emergent wisdom that arises, the wisdom mahamudra illusory body will be obtained. That is the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the basis for establishing the pride of 'The Tathagata is me.' At this time, like the image in a mirror, all limbs are simultaneously complete, the light shines on the three thousand worlds, appearing clear. Great bliss and emptiness, emptiness and great compassion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
