Visualize nourishing and increasing them, thereby attaining the deathless life siddhi (accomplishment). Again, supplicate as before, and from the heart of Amitayus (Tsepakme, the Buddha of Long Life) above, red rays of light like iron hooks radiate in the ten directions. Invoke the blessings and power of the root and lineage lamas, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and heroines, siddhas and vidyadharas, and the essence and power of all the container and contained worlds, all gathered into the form of deathless life nectar, dissolving into the vase of Amitayus. Visualize the nectar boiling and overflowing, passing from the mouth of the vase through the central channel of the crown of the head, gradually descending, dispelling the sins, obscurations, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles accumulated from beginningless time, especially the obstacles to life, just as the sun dispels shadows. Visualize these obstacles flowing out from the twenty fingernails, the two lower orifices, and the pores, black and murky like ink, sinking beneath seven layers of earth. Visualize the nectar gushing upwards from between the twenty fingernails, filling the knees, then visualize the nectar filling from below the thighs, holding one vase. Then visualize filling between the elbows and the navel, holding one vase. Then visualize filling between the shoulders and the heart, holding one vase. Then visualize filling below the throat, holding one vase. Then visualize filling below the nostrils, holding one vase. Then visualize filling below the crown of the head, holding one vase. Visualize the entire body filled with deathless life nectar, holding a total of seven vases. Then, in the state of clear visualization of the deity and the mantra garland, with one's own mind inseparable from the seed syllable (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), recite the mantra in the manner of reciting the mantra garland, and from time to time, stabilize the three Amitayus in the central channel by contracting and expanding, the specific method of which should be taught by the guru. At the end, perform song and dance offerings and praise, then visualize the Amitayus above, along with their seats, dissolving into oneself and one's own seat, thereby receiving blessings and accomplishments, and stabilize this visualization. Practice the vase practice as much as possible. Afterwards, recite the long mantra of Amitayus seven times or whatever is appropriate, and extensively dedicate and pray. In all activities, maintain the pride of Amitayus, and during breaks between sessions, strive to make offerings to the Three Jewels, offer tormas to the spirits, build statues, and so on. It is said that doing so increases merit greatly, so when requesting teachings, one should make excellent offerings to the guru. The guru said, 'In this lineage above me, there is no one who has not exceeded ninety years of age.' Information about the history and biographies of the gurus can be found elsewhere. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It should be known thus. If you wish to gather, you may set up an offering field of merit. As soon as the samaya being is generated, immediately invite a wisdom being from Sukhavati (བདེ་བ་ཅན་, the Pure Land of Amitabha) and merge it with yourself. Then proceed as usual. If you extremely want to gather, then in a state of no substance and no object of focus, recite the mantra twenty-one times each. Otherwise, if you recite it daily without interruption, it is said that you will not die within ninety years. The mantra is as follows: Namo Buddhaya, Namo Dharmaya, Namo Sanghaya, Tadyatha, Om Ad-te, Bhad-te, Bhid-te, Bhinante, Kunante, Take, Thake, Tarake, Tarake, Hurumate, Hili Hili, Mili Mili, Sambhaksha, Bibhaksha, Bamuna, Jizavanam, Sisanade, Bhadha Svaha. This is the essence of the oral instructions of the omniscient lama. This was written by Losang Drakpa (བློ་བཟང་གྲགས་པ་, 'The Fame of Good Intellect'), for the virtuous friend with a clear mind who seeks meaning, urged by all the Buddhas. This writing of oral instructions is like a mother's love for her only child. May the Dharma protectors forgive. May all beings, through this virtue, utterly conquer the Lord of Death and Mara, and may they obtain the Vajra life. This was also written according to the words of the wise and virtuous lama. Shubhamastu (May there be auspiciousness)! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
