The strength of youth is in arts, writing, arithmetic, and archery, Having reached the ultimate in all, superior to all gods and humans. Born into the Shakya clan, to dispel wrong views, with a retinue of consorts, May auspiciousness and well-being be here today by that glorious auspicious one! Having emerged from the palace, seeing the sights of old age, sickness, and death, Accomplishing the needs of beings, before the gods in the sky, Having cut off the dark blue hair, to transcend the three realms, May auspiciousness and well-being be here today by that glorious auspicious one!
