I prostrate to the entirely fifty thousand kotis of Buddhas named Lotus Noble. It is said that reciting this once purifies all the sins of defiling stupa wealth and being arrogant. I prostrate to the entirely ninety kotis of Buddhas named Kauṇḍinya lineage. It is said that reciting this once purifies all the sins of plowing and digging. I prostrate to ninety thousand Buddhas. I prostrate to the entirely nine thousand kotis of Buddhas named Kashyapa. I prostrate to all the Buddhas whose number is equal to the number of sand grains in the Ganges River. I prostrate to the thousand Buddhas with different names, such as Sarvasamantanugata. I prostrate to the entirely twenty thousand kotis of Buddhas named Jambudvipa Tamer. 礼敬以寂护等传承上师圣众！此名为“忏罪金剃刀”之摧毁地狱之利器，乃是于五浊恶世中，众生无有慈悲心，对身语意之所依，或作戏弄，或加侮辱，乃至啖其肉，衣其皮，或将身语意之所依，用作交易买卖之时；比丘进行村落仪轨之时；咒师进行招财仪式之时；苯教徒吟诵秘密咒语之时；格西担任军队首领之时；讲经师出入娼馆之时；寺庙由女人掌管之时；女人勾引男人之时；僧人不守护戒律之时；大臣喜爱发誓之时；男人被刀剑杀害之时；长老享用僧众财物之时；亲自造作杀生之时；恶业种类繁多之时；自欺欺人之时；将嘛呢当歌唱之时；老母调戏孩童之时；对他人之财产生邪念之时；瑜伽母假装已解脱之时；以升斗秤杆进行欺骗之时；于买卖交易中牟取暴利之时；守门人变化神通之时；不忆来世只思今生之时；时运不济乃因恶业所积；时运未变乃因人心已变；他方军队、瘟疫、饥荒盛行之时；于无间地狱中受生之恶业众生虽多，然其中亦有具缘者，愿彼等得遇此忏罪伏藏法！如是，导师龙树等曾发愿。此乃五浊恶世中具福众生，若能书写读诵，念诵受持，则能清净一切罪业。此若安住于一村落，则能清净该村落之所有罪业。此伏藏法乃众生怙主龙树心要于拉萨弥蒙擦之岩石，形似狮子之山下，作为伏藏埋藏，并曾发愿云：五浊恶世中，具恶业之可怜众生甚多，然其中亦有具缘者，愿彼等能为无有偏颇之众生利益，饶益罪苦众生！此若安住于寺

Homage to the venerable lineage lamas, including Shiwala and others! This, called "The Golden Razor of Confession," a whetstone that destroys hell, is for the sentient beings of the degenerate age who have no compassion, who mock and insult the supports of body, speech, and mind, and then eat their flesh and wear their skin, and who trade and sell the supports of body, speech, and mind. It is for the time when monks perform village rituals, when mantra practitioners perform wealth-attracting rituals, when Bonpos chant secret mantras, when Geshes become military leaders, when Dharma teachers frequent brothels, when temples are held by women, when women seduce men, when monks do not keep their vows, when ministers are fond of oaths, when men are killed by weapons, when elders eat monastic food, when one commits killing oneself, when there are many kinds of bad deeds, when one deceives oneself, when one sings mani as a song, when an old woman teases a child, when one has wrong desires for the wealth of others, when yoginis pretend to be liberated, when one cheats with measures and scales, when one makes excessive profits in trade and commerce, when gatekeepers transform magically, when one does not remember the next life but only thinks of this one. Time does not answer, but bad deeds accumulate. Time does not change, but people change. It is for the time when foreign armies, diseases, and famines are rampant. Among the many evil sentient beings who are born in the Avici Hell, there are some who have karmic connections. May they encounter this treasure Dharma of confession! Thus, the teacher Nagarjuna and others made aspirations. If those sentient beings of the degenerate age who have accumulated merit write, read, and recite this, all sins will be purified. If this resides in one village, all the sins of that village will be purified. This treasure Dharma was hidden as a treasure by the protector of beings, Nagarjuna's heart essence, under the lion-like rock of Lhasa Mimong Tsal, and he made aspirations. There are many pitiful sentient beings with bad karma in the degenerate age. Among them, there are some who have karmic connections. May they benefit all sentient beings without partiality, and benefit those who are suffering from sins! If this resides in a monastery,
