ག་པ་བཟླས། དེའི་བཅུ་ཆ་གཅིག་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཀུན་འཇོམས་བཟླས། སྨོན་ལམ་དང་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ། ཚེས་བརྒྱད་དང་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་དང༌། ཉི་ཤུ་གསུམ་གནམ་གང་རྣམས་ལ་རིག་སྔགས་འདི་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས། ཟ་གཅིག་བསྲུངས་ཤིང༌། ཟས་དཀར་གསུམ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་གསུམ་གྱི་མཚན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གོང་དུ་བསྙེན་པ་འབུམ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཟླ་བ་བྱུང་ངོ་ཅོག་ལ་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ནང་རེ་བཞིན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཏོན་ན། གོང་དུ་བཤད་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་རྣམས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ནི་མ་གཏོགས་སོ། །རིག་སྔགས་འདི་ལས་འབུམ་གྱི་བསྙེན་པ་སོང་ན། གང་ཟག་དེ་ཉེད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང༌། བརྡེག་པ་དང༌། ལུས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་མི་སྡུག་པར་བརྟན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ངན་སོང་ལས་ཐར་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ངག་གི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྒོ་བ་དང༌། །མི་སྙན་པར་བརྗོད་པ་དང༌། མཚང་ནས་འབྲུ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁོར་བ་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་གནོད་སེམས་དང༌། བརྣབ་སེམས་དང༌། ལོག་ལྟ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཐར་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཀྱི་དྲི་མ་ཆུ་ལ་ཕོག་ན། ཆུ་ལ་གནས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ངན་སོང་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དྲི་ཚོར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ངན་སོང་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཟུགས་མཐོང་བ་དང་སྐད་ཐོས་པ་རྣམས་ལྟ་ཅི་སྨོས། ཤི་བའི་རུས་པ་ལ་སྔགས་ཉེར་གཅིག་བཏབ་ན། ངན་སོང་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འགྲོ་བ་འཆི་ཁ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྣ་ཁུང་དུ་ལན་བདུན་བརྗོད་ན། ངན་སོང་གསུམ་དུ་ལྟུང་བར་མི་སྲིད་དོ། །འདིའི་བསྙེན་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་ཤ་ཆང་སྒོག་པ་དང༌། ཕྱི་དྲོའི་ཁ་ཟས་དང་འབགས་པ་དང༌། འཁྲིག་པ་སྤོང་བར་བྱའོ། །བསྙེན་པ་རང་དུས་བཞི་ལ་མ་གྲུབ་ན། ནང་རེ་བཞིན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་འགྲུབ་བོ། །སྟོང་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེ་འོབས་ཀྱིས་གང་ཡང་དེ་བརྒལ་ལ་ཆོས་འདི་བཙལ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་ལ་འབགས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་གིས་བཤགས་པར་མི་གནང་བ་ཡང་གཟུངས་འདི་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་འདག་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདི་ནི་སྡིག་པ་ཅན་གྱི་གང་ཟག་ལ་བསྟན་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། གཟུངས་འདི་ལ་བསྙེམས་བྱས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་སྤྱོད་དུ་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འདིའི་ཕན་ཡོན་ནི་བསྐལ་པར་བརྗོད་ཀྱང་ཟད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ།། །།འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་འཁོར་བ་དོང་སྤྲུགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ལས། སྡིག་སྒྲིབས

念诵“嘎巴”。念诵其十分之一，能摧毁一切罪障。祈愿和祈祷。在初八、十五和二十三的吉日，念诵此明咒一千零八遍。守持斋戒，依靠三种白色食物，念诵三佛之名一百零八遍。在这些之前，进行十万遍的修持。之后，每个月都念诵一千零八遍。之后，每天念诵一百零八遍，就能获得上述的利益。除了那些犹豫不决的人。如果对此明咒进行了十万遍的修持，那么这个人身体所产生的烦恼、殴打，以及身体上的丑陋和不适，都能从恶道中解脱。口中所说的诅咒和不悦耳的话语，以及揭露他人隐私，都能从轮回中解脱。心中产生的害人之心、贪婪之心和邪见，所有这些众生也能获得解脱。如果此人的身体污垢落入水中，水中居住的众生也能从恶道中解脱。闻到此人气息的众生也能从恶道中解脱。更不用说看到他的形象和听到他的声音了。在死者的骨头上念诵二十一遍咒语，也能从恶道中解脱。在临终众生的耳边念诵七遍，就不会堕入三恶道。在修持此咒期间，应避免肉、酒、大蒜、下午的食物、污秽之物和性行为。如果在四个时段内没有完成修持，每天念诵一百零八遍也能完成。即使三千世界都充满火焰，也要超越它去寻找此法。对于玷污了十方僧众的财物，即使千佛忏悔也无法净除的罪业，念诵此陀罗尼一千零八遍也能得以清净。此法不应传授给有罪之人。为什么呢？因为他们可能会因为对这个陀罗尼的轻蔑而造作恶业。此法的利益即使经过无数劫也无法穷尽。《圣观自在菩萨掘轮回苦海续》中说：罪障。

Recite "Gapa." Reciting one-tenth of it destroys all sins and obscurations. Make aspirations and prayers. On the eighth, fifteenth, and twenty-third auspicious days, recite this vidya-mantra one thousand and eight times. Observe fasting, rely on three white foods, and recite the names of the three Buddhas one hundred and eight times. Before all of these, perform one hundred thousand recitations. After that, recite one thousand and eight times every month. Then, recite one hundred and eight times each day, and you will obtain the benefits mentioned above. Except for those who are hesitant. If one hundred thousand recitations of this vidya-mantra have been completed, then all the afflictions, beatings, ugliness, and discomfort in that person's body will be liberated from the lower realms. Curses and unpleasant words spoken from the mouth, as well as revealing the privacy of others, will be liberated from samsara. All beings who generate harmful thoughts, greed, and wrong views in their minds will also attain liberation. If the dirt from this person's body falls into the water, the beings living in the water will also be liberated from the lower realms. The beings who smell this person's scent will also be liberated from the lower realms. Not to mention seeing his image and hearing his voice. Reciting the mantra twenty-one times on the bones of the dead will also liberate them from the lower realms. Reciting it seven times in the ears of dying beings will prevent them from falling into the three lower realms. During the practice of this mantra, one should avoid meat, alcohol, garlic, afternoon meals, impure things, and sexual activity. If the practice is not completed in four sessions, it can be completed by reciting one hundred and eight times each day. Even if the three thousand worlds are filled with flames, one should transcend it to seek this Dharma. For the sin of defiling the wealth of the Sangha of the ten directions, which cannot be purified even by the repentance of a thousand Buddhas, reciting this dharani one thousand and eight times will purify it. This Dharma should not be taught to sinful people. Why? Because they may commit evil deeds out of contempt for this dharani. The benefits of this Dharma cannot be exhausted even after countless eons. In the "Noble Avalokiteshvara Extracting Samsara from the Deep Pit Tantra," it says: Sins and obscurations.
