Mother! Supreme, with unequaled and equal nature, filling all the vessel worlds of the ten directions, with offerings of Dharma and so on, to the Three Jewels, without remainder, non-human, without body, in all future times, may I continuously offer and recite without ceasing. I beg and pray. I offer respect and reverence. I regard them as my Lama. I regard them as images. I make them happy. From this life of mine, and from the beginningless and endless births, wandering in the cycle of the three realms, under the influence of the three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance, through the doors of body, speech, and mind, the ten non-virtuous actions, the five heinous crimes, and so on, and all the sinful non-virtuous actions that contradict all scriptures, whatever I have done, caused others to do, or rejoiced in others doing, all those sins, even as small as dust particles, I confess and repent completely. May they be purified and eliminated. May they be destroyed and abandoned. I will not conceal them. I will not hide them. I will not associate with them, nor will I do them. From then on, may all sins be purified, and may all merits be perfected. From this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, except for those who deliberately manifest for the sake of benefiting others, may I never be born or fall into the three lower realms or any kind of obstacles, in every time, every moment, every life, every generation. May I not turn towards or engage in wrong and non-virtuous actions. May I not turn towards or accumulate the causes of karma and afflictions. May I be liberated from all despised bodies and the fruits of suffering, and may I never experience them again. From this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, may the virtue from the three doors flow continuously like a river. Wherever I am born in future lives, may I be endowed with happiness and prosperity, and may I have the power and authority to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings. May I understand and cultivate without error the supreme Dharma of enlightenment, which is realized only by the Tathagata, and may I also teach and guide others without error. From this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Three Jewels, and with my own humble body, I pray to the Great Compassionate One.

请诸位恒常各自受持。如同三世诸佛和菩萨，远离一切事物，不为蕴、界、处所束缚，与无我之法等同，从初始即未生，以空性之自性，发起菩提心一样。我，名为某某，亦从此时起，直至抵达菩提树王之间，发起菩提心。愿菩提之心永不退失，且永不与殊胜善知识分离。如同三世诸佛随喜无上功德一样，我，名为某某，亦随喜世间和出世间的一切功德。当面临 निश्चित无疑的死亡之时，愿能亲见一切诸佛和菩萨的尊颜，伸出金色右臂，置于我的头顶，并赐予授记。愿我亦如是，于临终之际，不为烦恼所扰乱，具足与无我之法相应的意愿，并怀有无量菩提之心。总而言之，愿一切习气皆得清净，福德智慧二资粮圆满具足，为救度一切众生，我迅速现证圆满正觉。证盟手印完毕。 在藏地圣法兴起的先兆中，拉脱脱日年贤赞在位期间，于雍布拉康王宫，有物自虚空降临，梦中授记五代之后方能知晓其义，由此开启了佛法之端。 证盟手印。

Please, all of you, constantly receive and hold this individually. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, being free from all things, not being grasped by the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, being equal to the Dharma of no-self, being unborn from the beginning, with the nature of emptiness, generate the mind of enlightenment. I, who am called so-and-so, also from this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, generate the mind of enlightenment. May the mind of enlightenment never be lost again, and may I never be separated from the noble and excellent spiritual friend. Just as the Buddhas of the three times rejoice in the unsurpassed merit, I, who am called so-and-so, also rejoice in all the merits of the world and beyond the world. When the time of निश्चित death comes, may I see the faces of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas directly, and may they extend their golden right hands and place them on my head and give me prophecy. May I also, at the time of death, not have my mind disturbed by afflictions, have a desire in accordance with the Dharma of no-self, and have the immeasurable mind of enlightenment.
