After saying this, countless Naga kings fell face down, trembled greatly, fainted, dispelled demons, and wept. Then, the Naga kings spoke to the Blessed One and prayed: Alas, we are burned! We are burned by the blazing Vajragarbha! It is terrible! After praying thus, the Blessed One said: Naga kings, may you benefit the sentient beings of Jambudvipa, bring happiness and good harvests, protect and save, and fill the fields with water. Make the crops abundant. Do not harm humans and non-humans. Send down rain. However, you will have long-lasting happiness and benefit, and be free from all harm from nagas. May you with many legs be auspicious! May you with four legs be auspicious! May your journey be auspicious! May the newcomers also be auspicious! May you not commit evil! May the pure Buddhas and gods bring you auspiciousness. May those with hateful minds all scatter. May those with compassion abide. May those who desire to send rain in this continent, those who dwell on the earth and in the sky.

愿对众生慈爱！当发生无雨大旱时，首先念诵一百遍大咒，中间念诵五十遍又五十遍，最后念诵七遍。看着云彩，在间隙中，在无人察觉时默默念诵。如果超过次数，会形成冰雹，罪过极大。将龙的要害抛弃，罪过极大。不要反复减少次数。一天，或两天，或五天内，不可能不下雨。无有老死的法王啊，愿一切的愿望迅速实现！世尊如此说道，具寿阿难陀和比丘们皆大欢喜，对世尊所说表示赞赏。《圣黑铁喙》之陀罗尼，能极度平息大旱，龙王族的克星，圆满了。 《圣黑铁喙》之陀罗尼。

When there is a great drought with no rain, first recite the great mantra one hundred times, then recite fifty times and fifty times in the middle, and finally recite seven times. While looking at the clouds, in the intervals, recite silently without anyone noticing. If the number is exceeded, hail will form, which is a great sin. To abandon the vital point of the nagas is a great sin. Do not repeatedly reduce the number of times. It is impossible that rain will not fall within one day, two days, or five days. May the wishes of all be quickly fulfilled by the Dharma King who has no old age or death!
