以亿万俱胝之数，以头顶礼世尊之足，顶礼之后，所有龙族于未来之时，对于赡部洲的一切有情，将守护鲜花、果实、谷物、树叶、枝条等一切。将断除风、冰雹、酷热等一切。于应时降下雨水。将守护自己的誓言、本尊、以及如来之誓言。将圆满一切有情之希望，以及圆满心中所想，不作损害。亦求受戒律。若违背世尊之殊胜功德，我等亦不成证得圆满正等觉之佛果。其真言是：达地雅他。嗡 达吉吉达 固里固里 姆里 夏夏古古西地 毕汝地 呼玉呼玉 呼日地哈。大雨或无雨，或非时降雨，以及风和云，以及非时之风，以及降落冰雹之时，持明之真言于屋顶或高地之上，或山顶亦可，面朝东方，大声念诵七遍之后，于芥子上念诵七遍向上抛洒，抛洒之后立即所有龙族将成碎片，若精进则迅速降雨。于铃铛上念诵二十一遍，面朝四方摇动，则将遮止边界。于金刚杵上念诵一百零八遍，则能止息风。仅忆念一遍，亦能遮止风、冰雹、云。冰雹亦将化为水。以金刚杵绕头顶旋转，向何方旋转则冰雹将偏向何方。清晨于寂静处安住，念诵二十三遍，则风、冰雹和云亦能遮止，龙族亦不作损害，之后亦无法侵入。于芥子上加持后向四方抛洒，则一年之内遮止边界，风和云亦不动摇，听从一切吩咐，恒常守护并使其明晰。遣除一切作害之事。好好沐浴之后，声音

With hundreds of thousands of crores, bowing with the head to the feet of the Bhagavan, after bowing, all the nagas, in the future time, for all sentient beings of Jambudvipa, will protect all flowers, fruits, grains, leaves, branches, etc. We will cut off all wind, hail, and heat. We will also cause the rain to fall at the proper times. We will protect our own vows, yidams, and the vows of the Tathagatas. We will fulfill all the hopes of all sentient beings, and fulfill what is in their minds, and will not harm them. We also seek vows. If we violate these special qualities of the Bhagavan, may we not become fully enlightened Buddhas. Its mantra is: Tadyatha. Om Taki Kikitah Ghuli Ghuli Muli Shasha Gugu Shiti Biruti Huyu Huyu Huritiha. Whether there is heavy rain or no rain, or untimely rain, and wind and clouds, and untimely wind, and when hailstones fall, this vidyadhara mantra, on the roof or on high ground, or on the top of a mountain, facing east, after reciting it loudly seven times, after reciting it seven times on mustard seeds and scattering them upwards, immediately all the nagas will be broken into pieces, and if done diligently, rain will fall quickly. 以清晰之音诵念，向四方以及上下抛洒芥子，则冰雹、风、龙所作之害将被束缚。凶兆、不善、不吉祥、星曜、鬼怪、食肉者、夜叉、罗刹一切都将被束缚。将在一个由俱卢舍（梵文音译长度单位）环绕的范围内划定界限。世尊如是宣说之后，梵天、自在天、大自在天等皆心生欢喜，并显现赞颂。名为金刚天铁喙之陀罗尼至此圆满。校勘完毕。善哉。 圣金刚天铁喙陀罗尼。

Having recited clearly, if mustard seeds are scattered in the four directions and above and below, then the harm caused by hail, wind, and dragons will be bound. All evil omens, non-virtue, inauspiciousness, planets, elementals, flesh-eaters, yakshas, and rakshasas will be bound. Boundaries will be established within a circumference of a krosha. After the Bhagavan spoke thus, Brahma, Kama, Ishvara, and others rejoiced and praised manifestly. Thus concludes the Dharani called Vajra Sky-Iron Beak. Checked and corrected. Virtuous.
