For those who desire wealth, wealth will abide nearby; for those who desire learning, learning will abide nearby. The ritual for this is as follows: At the beginning of the waxing moon, at sunrise, mix the remnants of rice with milk and consume it. These wisdom mantras of the Buddhas, and the other names of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, should be constantly remembered. However, by the power of these secret mantra bases, whatever non-gods, or garudas, or humans or non-humans, or great belly-crawlers, or yakshas, or pretas, or kumbhandas, or flesh-eaters, or humans or non-humans, who dwell in the realms of beings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, will have their minds gladdened by it. They will not create obstacles, they will always be embraced, and enlightenment will also be embraced. Bodhisattvas, great beings, such as Gawa Zang (Joyful Good), and Yangpa Chenpo (Great Expanse), and Vajrapani (Holder of the Vajra), and Yongsu Gaden (Completely Joyful), and those who dwell in secluded mountains, and those who dwell on snow mountains, will also be embraced. Even those bodhisattvas between here and Akanishta will also be like this. Through the power of the Wealth-Possessing Dharani, in fearful or solitary places, they will be blessed. They will be given fearlessness. The Bhagavan, seated on a white alabaster-like stone slab in Tushita, spoke thus, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva was well-established, and those thousands of Bodhisattvas rejoiced and praised the words spoken by the Bhagavan. The Dharani called "The Noble Possessor of Wealth" is complete. Translated and revised by the Indian Abbot Jinamitra, Danashila, and the reviser Lotsawa Bande Yeshe De, and established by correcting it with new terminology. "The Noble Possessor of Wealth."
