Vajrapani, into whose hands does this victorious queen of vidya-mantras fall? Whether it is worn on the body, or written in a book, or in a village, or in a city, or in a town, or in a temple, or in a dwelling, or if it is built and used, then the great kings, together with the retinue and attendants of Vaishravana, will protect that village, city, town, or region. That place will not be harmed by the armies of foreign enemies. There will be no famine of land. No enemies will arise. The great king Vaishravana, together with hundreds of thousands of yakshas following behind, will protect there again and again. Completely protect, completely hold, bring peace and well-being, eliminate punishment, eliminate weapons, destroy poison, prevent unfriendliness, cut off boundaries, bind the land. Tadyatha. The Tathagata has consecrated from the crown of the head. It is a secret place! It is the secret of all the Tathagatas! It is blessed by all the Tathagatas! Vajrapani, whichever human king, should write this victorious queen of vidya-mantras well in a book, or carry it by wearing it on the body, and offer it with incense, garlands, unguents, and various flowers in a fluttering manner. Treat it as a guru. Draw it as a picture. Make offerings to it. That human king will be protected by the great king Vaishravana, together with his retinue, and countless kotis, hundred kotis, and trillion of yakshas who follow him. That human king will not be able to be taken advantage of by opponents, enemies, and all the enemy's armies. Even if he enters that country by force, or if obstacles enter, the great king Vaishravana will not allow hundreds of various obstacles and thousands of various obstacles to occur. Wherever the human king goes, this victorious queen of vidya-mantras should be hung on the top of the banner and placed in front. Whether entering the battlefield or fighting with a great enemy, this great victorious queen of vidya-mantras should be worn around the neck. If entering the battlefield, then the great king Vaishravana will defeat the enemy's army. There, victory will be achieved. Whoever wears this great victorious queen of vidya-mantras around the neck will be victorious. Vajrapani, whether in a village, city, town, region, or anywhere in the royal palace, if various contagious diseases occur, place the torma and vases filled with various drinks in the four directions. If this great victorious queen of vidya-mantras is recited, then the great king Vaishravana, together with his retinue, and countless kotis, hundred kotis, and trillion of yakshas, will completely pacify the contagious diseases and plagues. Then, the lord of secrets, Vajrapani, said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, is there a vidya-mantra more powerful, more majestic, or more miraculous than this?
