The detailed explanation of special treatments is as follows: First, if there is doubt in diagnosing the disease, for Lung (wind) disorders, use Sad-da (seed syllable) and Sre-long soup; for Tripa (bile) disorders, use Sad-da and Tikta soup; for Beken (phlegm) disorders, use Sad-da and three salts; for stomach and intestinal inflammation and parasitic diseases, use Sad-da and the Five Garuda pills; for blood clots and Lung pain, use Sad-da and the Four Haritaki pills; for mixed poisons, use Sad-da and detoxification medicine; for mixed hot and cold diseases, use familiar treatments; for diarrhea, use nasal clearing and 'khrog thang soup; for diseases after moxibustion, use oily warm compresses; for diseases after bloodletting, use cold stones and cold water washing; for abscesses, use a metal probe with an eye to press. Furthermore, for conditions where one suspects a certain disease, use small doses of antagonistic remedies. For all conditions related to sexual activity, compare everything and choose the appropriate remedy to treat it. Be restrained in speech, speak less. Do not proclaim this openly at this time, speak vaguely. If you have a clear understanding and confidence in the disease, then be clear about what the disease is, what causes it, where it is now, what the final outcome will be, what treatment to use, when it will heal, or if it is incurable, and the time of death. Speak so that everyone understands, like raising a flag. If the antagonistic remedy is not applied correctly at the beginning, it will be difficult later. For immature fevers, the antagonistic remedy should be applied with cooling agents at the beginning; if hot medicines are used, they will worsen the condition. Therefore, separate Beken and Lung with soup. Diseased blood and nourishing blood are like milk and water mixed together; use three fruits (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki) to draw out the bad blood. If you cannot distinguish them in this way, the disease will harm the body and nourishment. For scattered Beken toxins, gather them together to kill them; if they are not gathered, medicine will not kill them, but will spread them again. For hidden hot and cold diseases in the head, open them with warmth, because cold medicine will not be absorbed. For all indigestion diseases, use medicines that promote digestion and warmth.
