Briefly, the method of practicing the profound Tögal is as follows: First, upon flawlessly establishing the view of Kadak Trekchö (Primordial Purity Cutting Through), grasp the key points of the door, environment, etc. First, the six lamps: First, the flesh lamp is the five pure essences within one's own heart, appearing as the five wisdoms, and the five impurities appearing as the five elements, spontaneously manifesting as the five wisdom families. Second, the white smooth channel lamp is the kati crystal tube that runs from the heart to the eyes. Third, the far-reaching water lamp is the clear light channel at the seat of the eye faculty, not clinging to delusion but clinging to the appearance of wisdom. Fourth, the bindu emptiness lamp is that the bindu emptiness lamp seen by the far-reaching light channel must be used as the path. Fifth, the dharmadhatu perfectly pure lamp is that the dharmadhatu, the emptiness of space like the sky, and the inner secret passage and blue radiance appear outwardly, and the secret dharmadhatu is the appearance of the light channel of the eye, the object of appearance is the bindu emptiness endowed with five lights. Sixth, the self-arisen wisdom lamp is the wisdom that knows the purity of the three wheels of yoga, the self-illuminating awareness itself. Thus, the six lamps have five aspects to be observed: place, time, door, environment, and key points. First, meditate in a place free from distraction and busyness. Second, meditate when the sky is clear. Third, look directly at the top of the head with the Dharmakaya's gaze, look to the left and right with the Sambhogakaya's lotus eyes, and look at the sky at the tip of the nose with the Nirmanakaya's Dharma eye. Fourth, the Dharmakaya is the sun, the Sambhogakaya is the moon, and the Nirmanakaya is the clear light. Fifth, it is important to subdue the three key points of body, speech, and mind and meditate. Also, adopt the posture of the three kayas. Among these, there are four ways in which appearances arise: First, the direct perception of dharmata is from the point when the bindus are complete in color in the dharmadhatu, up to the three-linked bindus, and like strands of gold thread, quivering and moving, sometimes appearing and sometimes disappearing, this is the actual radiance of awareness and wisdom, and it must enter the realm of bindus. Second, during the time of increase, the experience of appearance is dharmadhatu and bindu."

The color of the light becomes clearer than before. Various phenomena such as upright light and radiating light appear, and the wisdom experience is also stabilized in the bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual samadhi. Whatever increases, the light and samadhi must increase further. Third, through meditating in the stage of reaching the limit. In the experience of appearances, letters, implements, and Buddha images appear in the space of bindus, and the wisdom experience reaches the fundamental self-existing wisdom, so there is no need to make effort. Experiencing the wisdom of breakthrough reaches the limit, and the increase reaches the limit. Fourth, when the nature of reality is exhausted, the increase of external experiential appearances is exhausted. The clinging of the inner six consciousnesses ceases, and the dharma of the illusory body is exhausted. The secret thoughts and gathering of the mind are exhausted, and the mind's clinging to appearances and non-appearances is exhausted. Separated from the perception of samsara and nirvana from the appearance of light, and situations arise where elements and so on cannot be destroyed by enemies. The wisdom activity of bindus appears continuously. The key to the three immovables is that the key points of body, speech, and mind are stable, which is necessary for residing in the primordial ground. The standard of the three abidings is: when external appearances abide, adverse conditions appear as helpers; when the inner illusory body abides, it is free from the activities of delusion; when the intermediate wind-mind abides, the continuous flow of conceptual thoughts ceases. The three attainments are: by gaining mastery over external appearances, the realm of appearances is liberated into a pure land; by gaining mastery over the inner illusory body, the illusory body transforms into clear light; by gaining mastery over the secret wind-mind, the appearances of delusion naturally cease, so all appearances are liberated into the equality of dharmata. The four confidences are: having determined that there is no Buddha separate from one's own awareness, therefore not seeking a Buddha from elsewhere, being free from hope and fear are the two upper confidences. When conceptual thought is liberated into dharmata, there is no cause for binding in samsara, therefore gaining the confidence of being free from the hope and fear of falling into samsara and not falling into samsara are the two lower confidences, which are the four confidences. The signs of the completion of the increase of the four visions appear in the three doors. First, in the stage of the manifestation of dharmata, the body is like a turtle dwelling in its shell, speech is inexpressible like a mute, and the mind abides in non-conceptuality as if a dakini has seized a corpse. Second,
