说“萨”。据说，听到这个声音，如果被鬼神所扰，就能平息一切害心，并具有令人具备菩提心的加持。 顶礼上师时，观想一切皈依处总集的莲花生大师于头顶梵穴。接受四种灌顶。观想于心间。据说，心与意不可分离地融合。 获得持明者空行成就的近道是：临终时，如果能清楚地观想外内情器为铜色吉祥山，那是最好的。如果不能，就观想自己为瑜伽母，融入头顶莲花生大师的心间，心与意不可分离地安住，据说就不会堕入三恶道。 在中阴阶段，莲花生大师也会显现，给予灌顶和教诲。据说，通过介绍就能解脱。 从头顶发际滴一滴水到手掌上的时间内，如果心与意不可分离地安住，据说就能消除一个劫的罪障。 之后，对于是否能共同获得随喜的善根，班禅索扎的观点是不能共同获得。 蒋扬协巴说可以共同获得。 米庞仁波切说，如果随喜，实际上能获得广大的善根。 接下来是施受法。 在面前的虚空中观想莲花生大师。观想自己和他人的善根，连同因果，以白光的形式向外放射，触及众生。观想众生相续中的痛苦，连同因果，以黑光的形式向内放射，融入自己的我执。之后，观想一切众生都成佛。观想我执连同罪障都清净于法界中，然后安住于平等舍中。 善哉！ 这是前行阶段的口头传承零散笔记。

He said "Sa." It is said that hearing this sound, if disturbed by gods and demons, it can pacify all harmful thoughts and has the blessing to make one possess the mind of Bodhicitta. When venerating the Guru, visualize Guru Rinpoche, the embodiment of all refuges, at the crown of your head. Receive the four empowerments. Visualize him in the center of your heart. It is said that mind and wisdom are inseparably blended. The near path to achieving the Vidyadhara Khechara is: at the time of death, it is best if you can clearly visualize the outer and inner environment as the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain. If you cannot, visualize yourself as a Yogini, dissolve into the heart of Guru Rinpoche at the crown of your head, and remain inseparably in the union of mind and wisdom, it is said that you will not go to the three lower realms. In the Bardo state, Guru Rinpoche will also appear and give empowerments and instructions. It is said that you will be liberated through introduction. If you remain inseparably in the union of mind and wisdom for the time it takes for a drop of water to fall from the hairline of the forehead to the palm, it is said that you will purify the obscurations of one Kalpa. Regarding whether or not one can jointly obtain the merit of rejoicing afterwards, Panchen Södrak's view is that it cannot be jointly obtained. Jamyang Zhepa said that it can be jointly obtained. Mipham Rinpoche said that if you rejoice afterwards, you will actually obtain great merit. Next is the practice of Tonglen (giving and taking). Visualize Guru Rinpoche in the sky in front of you. Visualize the virtues of yourself and others, together with their causes and effects, radiating outward in the form of white light, touching all sentient beings. Visualize the suffering of sentient beings' minds, together with their causes and effects, radiating inward in the form of black light, dissolving into your self-grasping. Then, visualize all sentient beings becoming Buddhas. Visualize self-grasping, together with its obscurations, being purified in the Dharmadhatu, and then remain in equanimity. May virtue prevail! These are scattered notes on the oral instructions for the preliminary practices.
