让他安住于脱离一切的状态中。由此获得第四灌顶。观想身语意三门的所有垢染及其习气都得以净化。宣称他已能自在地修持无分别的禅定。 然后，弟子应说：‘我将遵照上师的一切教诲。’如此重复三次，立下誓言并承诺。之后，献上供养和曼扎。说道：‘从今以后，我将自己作为奴仆，献给您。恳请您接纳我为您的弟子，并允许我享用您的部分财物。’如此说道，进行会供和酬谢供养，祈祷达成所愿，用百字明咒补足仪轨中的缺失，祈求宽恕过错。然后回向功德。祈请将宝瓶和前置本尊的智慧尊迎请返回，将誓言尊融入自身，并使事业的痕迹不显现。诵吉祥颂。 《智慧明妃加持法》，依循历代上师的修行次第，由比丘娘普巴记录。 此传承有二：长传承为：成就自在的导师郭嘎觉因、吉祥觉因、阿瓦雅嘎绕古普达、苏扎绕德瓦、绕那绕克西达、恰罗匝瓦法王吉祥、洛贡隆巴多德吉祥、雄罗匝瓦多吉坚赞、芒嘎罗匝瓦秋丹列巴、堪钦罗匝瓦洛哲丹巴、萨桑罗匝瓦班钦、一切智索南桑波。 近传承为：多吉帕姆、成就者邬金巴、法王让雄多吉、无等雅德班钦、一切智索南桑波。 或者，让雄多吉传给喇嘛仁钦多吉，昆钦娘拉德列，一切智索南桑波。他传给杰丹巴雄努列，他传给伟大的金刚持，难以言说的洛哲伦珠。他传给了我。 《智慧明妃加持法》仪轨完毕。

Let him rest in the state of being free from all. Thus, the fourth empowerment is obtained. Contemplate that all the defilements of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) along with their habitual tendencies are purified. It is proclaimed that he has become empowered to meditate on non-conceptual samadhi. Then, the disciple should say: 'I will do all that the Guru has commanded.' Repeating this three times, he takes the vows and promises. After that, he offers gifts and a mandala. He says: 'From this day forward, I offer myself to you as a servant. Please accept me as your disciple, and allow me to use a portion of your possessions.' Thus he speaks, performs the gathering and thanksgiving offerings, prays for the fulfillment of wishes, completes the deficiencies in the ritual with the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and asks for forgiveness of faults. Then dedicate the merit. Request the wisdom beings of the vase and the front generation to return, dissolve the samaya beings into oneself, and make the traces of the activity invisible. Recite auspicious verses. The Blessing Ritual of Wisdom Dakini, according to the practice sequence of the previous Lamas, was written down by the monk Nyak Phukpa. There are two lineages of this: The long lineage is: Master Koka Jñāna, who attained siddhi; Shri Jñāna; Abhayakaragupta; Sucaradeva; Ratnarakshita; Chag Lotsawa Chöje Pal; Lho Gonglungpa Döde Pal; Shong Lotsawa Dorje Gyaltsen; Manggar Lotsawa Chokden Lekpa; Khenchen Lotsawa Lodrö Tenpa; Sa-sang Lotsawa Panchen; Omniscient Sönam Sangpo. The close lineage is: Dorje Phagmo; Siddha Orgyenpa; Chöje Rangjung Dorje; Unequaled Yakde Panchen; Omniscient Sönam Sangpo. Or, Rangjung Dorje gave it to Lama Rinchen Dorje, Kunkhyen Nyalpa Delek, Omniscient Sönam Sangpo. He gave it to Je Dampa Shyönnu Lek, who gave it to the great Vajra Holder, Lodrö Lhundrup, who is difficult to name. He gave it to me.
