ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་གྲི་གུག་དཔའ་གཅིག་གི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་གྲི་གུག་དཔའ་གཅིག་གི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི། ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། །ཉུང་གསལ་བྱིན་རླབས་བཀའ་བབས་དང༌། །ཨ་ཏི་ཤ་ཡི་མན་ངག་ནི། །བཅོས་སླད་བྲལ་བ་འདི་ལྟར་ལགས། །སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་སྟེ། སྟོང་པ་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་མཉམ་པར་བཞགཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་སོགས་བརྗོད། པདྨ་དང་ཉི་མའི་སྟེང་དུ། མི་རོ་བཀན་པའི་གདན་ལ། རང་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་དཔལ་ལྡན་མཧཱ་ ཀཱ་ལ་སྐུ་མདོག་དུས་མཐའི་སྤྲིན་དང་མཚུངས་པ། ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་པ། གཡས་གྲི་གུག་འཕྱར་ཞིང༌། གཡོན་ཐོད་པ་ཁྲག་གང་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཛིན་པ། སྤྱན་གསུམ། མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་ཤིང༌། ལྗགས་བསྐྱོད་པ། སྨ་ར་དང་སྨིན་མ་དམར་སེར་གྱེན་དུ་བརྫེས་པ། སྦོམ་ཐུང་ཡན་ལག་ཧྲགས་ཤིང༌། གསུས་ཁྱིམ་ཆེ་བ། སྟག་ལྤགས་ཀྱི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཅན། མི་མགོ་སྐམ་པོ་ལྔའི་དབུ་རྒྱན་དང༌། རློན་པ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དོ་ཤལ་བྱས་པ། ཞབས་གཡས་བསྐུམ་གཡོན་བརྐྱང་བའི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས། མེ་ཚན་དྲག་པོ་འབར་བའི་ཀློང་ན་བཞུགས་པའོ། །ཐུགས་ཀར་རཾ་ལས་ཉི་མའི་སྟེང་དུ། ཧཱུཾ་མཐིང་ནགདེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་རྒྱལ་བ་མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་རིགས་བདག་གི་ཚུལ་དུ་བཞུགས་པར་གྱུར། ཡང་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་སྨུག་ནག་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་འཕྲོས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སེམས་ཅན་གདུག་པ་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་རྣམས་གདུངས་ཤིང༌། སེམས་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲེགས་པར་གྱུར། ཧཱུཾ་གི་མཐར་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་བསྒོམས་ལ། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲེ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་ཅི་ནུས་སུ་བཟླས་པའི་མཐར། དཔལ་མགོན་པོས་བདག་གི་དགྲ་ལྷ་དང་སྲུང་མ་ཆེན་པོ་མཛོད་ལ། སྤྱི་དང་ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་བསྟན་པ་སྐྱོང་བ་དང༌། བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་གནོད་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུལ་ཞིང༌། འཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་འགྲུབ་པ་དང༌། བར་ཆད་བསྲུང་ཞིང༌། ཡིད་ལ་བསམ་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། དཔལ་མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་བདག་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་དྲག་ཏུ་བཏབ་ཅིང༌། མ་འབྱོར་བ་དང་སོགས་ཀྱིས་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། དགེ་བ་བསྔོ་བའོ། །བཟའ་བཏུང་ནམ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕུད་ནས་མི་ཆུང་ཙམ་བཅད་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བདུད་རྩིར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཞེས་སྤྱན་དྲངས། སྙིང་པོའི་མཐར་ཨི་དཾ་བཱ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི། བཏགས་པ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་འབུལ། ཨོཾ་མུཿ ཞེས་གཤེགས་

黑大尸单雄钺刀之修法。 黑大尸单雄钺刀之修法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。 黑大尸之修法。 略明加持口传，阿底峡之口诀乃，无有改造如是也。 先行皈依发心，稍许安住于空性。念诵嗡 斯瓦巴瓦等。于莲花与日轮之上。于人尸仰卧之座上。自刹那间化为具德玛哈 嘎拉，身色如末劫之云。一面二手。右持钺刀高举，左手持满血颅器于心间。三眼。龇牙咧嘴。舌动。须眉赤黄向上竖立。粗短肢体强壮。腹大。具虎皮裙。五干人头之头饰，及五十湿人头之项链。右屈左伸之姿势。安住于猛烈火焰炽燃之中。于心间让（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：火种字）之上日轮上。吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）蓝色黑色。彼放光芒。从东方迎请不动佛，班杂萨玛匝（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚萨玛匝）。观想安住于自己头顶为部主之相。又从吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）放出紫黑色极热之光芒。焚烧十方所有恶毒众生之身体。焚烧所有恶念。观想吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字周围咒语围绕。嗡 玛哈嘎拉 哈纳哈纳 班杂热纳 吽 啪特（藏文：ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲེ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla hana hana vajreṇa hūṃ phaṭ）。如是尽力念诵之后。祈请具德怙主作为我之战神与大护法。守护共同与特殊之教法。调伏对自他众生作害之一切。成就四种事业。遮止违缘。祈请成办心中所想一切。祈请具德怙主获得您之果位。如是对自生本尊猛烈祈请。祈请宽恕不具足等。回向善根。无论何时饮食，从食物之精华中切出少许。以嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽）三次加持为甘露。嗡 玛哈嘎拉 班杂萨玛匝（藏文：ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् महाकाल वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 玛哈嘎拉 金刚萨玛匝）如是迎请。于心咒之后加 伊当 巴林达 卡卡 卡嘿 卡嘿（藏文：ཨི་དཾ་བཱ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文罗马拟音：idaṃ bāliṃta kha kha khāhi khāhi）。念诵三次供养。嗡 穆（藏文：ཨོཾ་མུཿ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ muḥ）如是遣返。

A concise and clear blessing of oral transmission, the instructions of Atisha, are without fabrication, as follows. First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then rest slightly in emptiness. Recite Om Svabhava, etc. On top of a lotus and sun disc, on a seat of a prostrate human corpse, instantly transform yourself into glorious Maha kala, whose body color is like the clouds at the end of time. With one face and two arms, the right hand brandishing a hooked knife, the left holding a skull cup filled with blood at the heart. With three eyes, bared fangs, and a moving tongue, the beard and eyebrows are reddish-yellow and erect. The limbs are thick and short, the belly is large, and he wears a tiger skin loincloth. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty wet ones. With the right leg bent and the left extended, he dwells in the midst of a blazing mass of fierce fire. At his heart, on top of a sun disc arising from Raṃ (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Fire Seed Syllable), is Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) blue-black. From this, rays of light emanate. From the east, invoke Akshobhya Buddha, Vajrasamājaḥ (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Vajrasamājaḥ). Visualize him dwelling on your crown as the Lord of the Family. Again, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), rays of dark purplish-black, intensely hot light emanate. Scorching the bodies of all cruel sentient beings in the ten directions, burning all evil thoughts. Visualize the mantra encircling the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). Recite as much as possible: Om Mahākāla Hana Hana Vajreṇa Hūṃ Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲེ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla hana hana vajreṇa hūṃ phaṭ). At the end, beseech the glorious Protector to be my war god and great protector. To protect the general and specific teachings, to subdue all who harm myself and sentient beings, to accomplish the four activities, to ward off obstacles, and to fulfill all the wishes of my heart. I beseech the glorious Protector to grant me the attainment of your state. Thus, strongly pray to the deity of self-generation. Ask for forgiveness for deficiencies and so on. Dedicate the merit. Whenever eating or drinking, cut off a small portion from the essence of the food. Bless it as nectar with Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum) three times. Invoke with Om Mahākāla Vajrasamājaḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् महाकाल वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Mahākāla Vajrasamājaḥ). At the end of the heart mantra, add Idam Bālimta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (藏文：ཨི་དཾ་བཱ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文罗马拟音：idaṃ bāliṃta kha kha khāhi khāhi). Offer by reciting three times. Dismiss with Om Muḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་མུཿ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ muḥ).
