བཅུགཨོཾ་ཙཎྜ་མཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད། མི་དམིགས་པར་བཞག་ལ་ཕཊ་ཅེས་བརྗོད་དུ་བཅུག འདིར་རྗེས་ཀྱི་ བྱ་བ་སྤྱི་དང་འདྲ་བ་ལས། མཆོད་པ་གསང་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བཤམས་ནས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས། དཔོན་སློབ་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་འབུལ། ཡན་ལག་བདུན་པ་ལན་གསུམ་ཡང་བྱ། དཀར་གསུམ་གྱི་ཙ་རུའི་སྟོན་མོ་བྱའོ། ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་ཀུན༵་འདུས་རབ་དག༵འི་ཏོག །བདུད་སྡེའི་སྙིང༵་ལ་འཇིགས་སྐྱེད་པ། །ཟབ་མོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་གསོང་པོ༵ར་སྨྲས། །དགེ་དེས་གཏུམ་པོའི་གནས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཨ་ཏི་ཤའི་ཞལ་གྱི་གདམས་པ་ཁྲོ་བོ་གཏུམ་པོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ལེ་ཚན་ནོ།། །།ཞུས་དང༌། དར་རྒྱས་འཕེལ། ། ཨ་ཏིའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་གཏུམ་པོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས།

念诵：嗡 旃扎 玛哈 柔夏纳 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཙཎྜ་མཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ चण्ड महारोषण हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，暴怒，大，忿怒，吽)。安住于无所缘，念诵 啪特 (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪特)。此后之事宜与通常相同，广陈秘密供养并加持。师徒一同供奉，亦作三次七支供。行持白三之食子会供。诸忿怒尊汇集极喜顶，于魔众之心生怖畏者，甚深之修法坦率宣说，愿以此善得忿怒尊之位。阿底峡尊者口传之忿怒尊修法章节终。校对完毕。愿兴盛增长！阿底峡派之忿怒尊修法。

Recite: Oṃ caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཙཎྜ་མཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ चण्ड महारोषण हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Fierce, Great, Wrathful, Hum). Abide in non-objectification, and recite phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，Literal meaning: Phat). Hereafter, the activities are the same as usual. Extensively arrange secret offerings and bless them. Teacher and students offer together. Also perform the seven-branch offering three times. Perform a feast of torma with the three white substances. The crown of the gathering of all wrathful kings, the one who generates fear in the hearts of the hordes of demons, the profound method of accomplishment is spoken frankly. May this virtue obtain the state of the wrathful one. This is the chapter on the practice of the wrathful one, Tummo, from the oral instructions of Atiśa. Checked. May it flourish and increase!
