In the center of the perfected mandala and in the four directions of the eight-petaled lotus, there is a moon cushion each. In the center, the white letter Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: great compassion) completely transforms, starting from the noble Avalokiteśvara, who is as white as the autumn moon, up to the description of having a radiant body, as before. On the crown of his head is the red Amitabha Buddha making the mudra of meditative equipoise. In the east, from ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) arises Akshobhya, blue, with the earth-touching mudra. In the south, from ཏྲཾ (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रं, Sanskrit Romanization: trāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ratnasambhava's seed syllable) arises Ratnasambhava, yellow, with the bestowing mudra. In the west, from ཨོཾ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) arises Amitabha, white, with the supreme enlightenment mudra. In the north, from ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: without) arises Amoghasiddhi, green, with the refuge-granting mudra. The other three Sugatas make the meditative equipoise mudra with their left hands. All are seated in the vajra posture and have the appearance of fully ordained Buddhas. On the four intermediate petals, four vases are accomplished. On the foreheads of all these deities is the letter ཨོཾ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), up to the point where ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan: ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: śrī ye hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: śrī ye hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: auspicious ye hum) is empowered. Thus it is said, there is no need for an elaborate establishment of the family lord. Then, offering is made. If one wishes to elaborate, one recites verses such as "Vast Ocean." If one wishes to condense, only the mantras and mudras from Argham to Shapta are sufficient. Praise is also the same; if one wishes to elaborate, one elaborates, and if one wishes to condense, one praises as before. The passed-away torma is purified. From emptiness, from Bhrum arises a precious vessel, wide and vast, in which the torma arising from Hum becomes an ocean of nectar. Bless it by reciting Om Ah Hum three times. Offer it by reciting Om Arya Avalokiteshvara Idam Balingta Kha Kha Khi Hi Kha Hi three times. Offer with Argham and so forth. Praise with "Body free from faults, color white," and so forth. Pray for wishes with "Please accept this offering torma." The Dharma protectors and the three sections, etc., are performed according to their respective rituals. Establish six or two vases. In the center of the main vase, instantly generate Mahakarunika, and in the four directions, generate the four Buddha families. In the action vase, instantly generate Hayagriva holding a staff and a lasso. Alternatively, in the victorious vase, generate the five deities as in the front generation, and in the action vase, generate Hayagriva and then recite the dharani. Recite Om Haya Griva Hum as appropriate. Finally, perform offering and praise. Visualize it dissolving into light as vase water. The disciple's actions are:

All Buddhas of the three times, etc., as well as the continuous confession from the Tantras, the generation and completion stages of the body, the subsequent recitation of speech, the three vows of empowerment. The generation and completion stages of the mind's hand gestures and symbols are similar to the common practice, except that when the wisdom being is absorbed, rays of light emanate from the heart of the master. The empowerment deity, the noble Avalokiteśvara, and the five Tathāgatas, Vajrasamājaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाजः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasamājaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Diamond Assembly), are offered with Argha, etc. The disciple is made to repeat this prayer: You are the compassionate protector, with all-pervading wisdom, liberating all beings without exception, please bless me and others. Repeat this three times. Recite the mantra of Hayagriva, and dispel obstacles by sprinkling water from the action vase. From how it was born, Śrīyehūṃ (Tibetan: ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: श्रीयेहुं, Sanskrit Romanization: śrīyehūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Glorious Yehum) thus empower. The body is complete. Purify the defilements, from the remaining water rising upwards, Amitābha on the crown of the head, Akṣobhya on the forehead, Ratnasambhava on the right ear, Vairocana on the back of the head, Amoghasiddhi on the left ear, etc., adorn the head. Saying this is the difference. The subsequent actions are the same as the common practice. The yogini, glorious Samantabhadri, is the main one, the intention of the heroine is very joyful, from the ritual of many words, this is only the essence condensed. This is the chapter on the sādhana of the noble Avalokiteśvara Ekādaśamukha in the style of a heroine. Maṅgalaṃ! The Sadhana of the Noble Eleven-Faced Avalokiteśvara in the Heroine Style.
