དཔལ་ཀྱཻ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོའི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། དཔལ་ཀྱཻ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོའི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། དཔལ་ཀྱཻ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོའི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། ན་མོ་བཛྲ་དྷ་རཱ་ཡ། དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སྟོབས། །གདུལ་དཀའ་འདུལ་མཛད་ལ་བཏུད་དེ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་གུས་ཤིང་བརྩོན་ལྡན་ལ། །སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་མདོར་བསྡུས་བཤད་པར་བྱ། དགྱེས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་སྒོམ་པར་འདོད་པས། སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་སྟེ། ཚད་མེད་བཞི་སྤྱི་དང་མཐུན་པར་བསྒོམ། ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ནས་སྟོང་བར་སྦྱངས། སྟོང་པའི་ ངང་ལས་རཾ་ལས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ། ཧཱུཾ་ལས་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟེ་བ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་གིས་མཚན་པ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས། བསྲུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོར་གྱུར། ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། རང་གི་སྙིང་ནང་དུ་ཉི་མའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཟླ་བ། དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ་གིས་མཚན་པ། དེ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་གང༌། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག །རང་ཉིད་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་སྐུར་གྱུར་པ་ནི། སྐུ་མདོག་མཐིང་ནག་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་སྤྱན་གསུམ་དམར་བ་མི་བསྐྱོད་པས་སྤྱི་བོ་མཚན་པ། ཧཱུཾ་གིས་སྒྲས་འཇིགས་པའང་འཇིགས་པར་མཛད་པ། སྐྲ་སེར་གྱེན་དུ་བརྫེས་པ། ཕྱག་གཡས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་དགུ་པ་འཕྱར་བ། གཡོན་ཐོད་ཁྲག་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཐད་དུ་འཛིན་པ། མཆན་ཁུང་དུ་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་དཀར་པོ། ཐོད་སྐམ་ལྔའི་དབུ་རྒྱན་དང༌། རློན་པ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དོ་ཤལ་ཅན། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལྔ་དང་ཐལ་པས་བརྒྱན་པ། གཡོན་བརྐྱང་བའི་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་ཕྱེད་པའི་གར་སྟབས་སམ། གཡས་བརྐྱང་གི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་པད་ཉི་དབུགས་བྲལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཡུམ་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདག་མེད་མ་སྔོན་མོ་གྲི་གུག་དང་ཐོད་པ་འཛིན་པ་དང་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བ། གཉིས་ཀའང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེ་འབར་བའི་ཀློང་ན་བཞུགས་པའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཡབ་རྐྱང་དུ་བྱེད་ན་སྟག་ལྤགས་ཀྱི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཅན་དུ་བྱའོ། །དཔྲལ་བར་ཨོཾ། མགྲིན་པར་ཨཱཿ ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧཱུཾ། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་ཐིམ། དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་ སྐུ་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་སེམས་འཛིན། སྤྲོ་ན་འཁོར་ལོའི་བཟླས་དམིགས་གསལ་བཏབ་ལ། ཨོཾ་དེ་བ་པི་ཙུ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། ཞེས་ཅི་ནུས་བཟླ། གལ་ཏེ་རྫོགས་པའི་རིམ་པ་སྒོམ་པར་འདོད་ན། སྙིང་གར་མར་མེ་མཐེ་བོང་ཙམ་གྱི་རྩེ་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་ཕྲ་མོ་རྟ་རྔ་ཙམ་སོར་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཚ

吉祥喜金刚心髓俱生黑汝迦修法。 吉祥喜金刚心髓俱生黑汝迦修法。 吉祥喜金刚心髓俱生黑汝迦修法。 顶礼金刚持。 具有吉祥金刚悲心力，调伏难调者前敬礼。 对于极其恭敬且具精进者，将略述修法。 欲修喜金刚俱生者，先行皈依发心，并依共同四无量修习。 从空性中清净，于空性 之中，从让(藏文，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：火）生起日轮之上，从吽(藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）生起杂色金刚，中央以吽(藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字标帜，并发光，化为防护轮。 嗡 惹叉 惹叉 吽 吽 吽 啪 梭哈。 于自心之中，日轮之上为月轮，二者之间有杂色金刚，以吽(藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字标帜，并发光充满全身，所有罪障皆得清净。 自己化为黑汝迦身相：身色蓝黑色，一面二臂三目，红色，以不动佛为顶严，以吽(藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字之声，令怖畏者亦生怖畏，黄发竖立，右手上扬九股金刚杵，左手于胸前持颅血，腋下有白色喀章嘎，有五个骷髅顶饰，及五十湿人首鬘，以五印及灰尘严饰，左腿伸展的半跏趺坐姿，或以右腿伸展之姿，安住于莲花日轮及带呼吸之亡者座垫上。 佛母金刚无我母，蓝色，持钺刀与颅器，与父双运。 二者皆安住于智慧火炽燃之中。 若仅修父尊，则应具虎皮裙。 于额间为嗡(藏文，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)，喉间为啊(藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊)，心间为吽(藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)。 智慧萨埵 金刚萨玛嘉 匝 吽 班 霍，融入无二。 其后，长时安住于本尊之身。 若欲广修，则应清晰观想坛城及念诵：嗡 德瓦 贝匝 金刚 吽 吽 吽 啪 梭哈。 如是尽力念诵。 若欲修习圆满次第，则于心间观想如拇指大小之灯，其顶端有如马尾般纤细之光芒，约二指之长

The Sadhana of the Spontaneous Heruka, Essence of Glorious Hevajra. Homage to Vajradhara. I prostrate to the power of the compassionate essence of glorious Vajra, who subdues the difficult to tame. To those who are extremely respectful and diligent, I will briefly explain the sadhana. If you wish to meditate on the spontaneous Hevajra, first send forth refuge and bodhicitta, and meditate in accordance with the common four immeasurables. Purify from shunyata into emptiness. From within the state of emptiness, on top of a sun disc arising from Ram (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: fire), from Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises a multicolored vajra, marked at its center with Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), which emits light and transforms into a protective wheel. Om Raksha Raksha Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Within your own heart, above the sun is a moon disc. Between the two is a multicolored vajra marked with Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From this, light radiates, filling the entire body, and all sins and obscurations are purified. You yourself become the form of Heruka: body color dark blue-black, one face, two arms, three red eyes, crowned on the crown of the head by Akshobhya. The sound of Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) makes even the fearful ones afraid. Yellow hair stands on end. The right hand raises a nine-pronged vajra. The left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the level of the heart. A white khatvanga is in the armpit. Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a garland of fifty wet heads. Decorated with the five seals and ashes. Seated in a half lotus posture with the left leg extended, or with the right leg extended, on a seat of lotus, sun, and corpses with departing breath. The consort, Vajra Nairatmya, blue in color, holding a curved knife and skull cup, is in union. Both reside within a blazing mass of wisdom fire. If only the father is practiced, then he should wear a tiger skin loincloth. On the forehead is Om (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), at the throat is Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and at the heart is Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Wisdom being Vajra Samaja. Dza Hum Bam Hoh, absorbed into non-duality. Then, hold the mind on the deity's form for a long time. If you wish to elaborate, then visualize the mandala clearly and recite: Om Deva Pitsu Vajra Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Recite as much as possible. If you wish to practice the completion stage, then visualize in the heart a lamp the size of a thumb, with a fine ray of light at its tip, like a horse's tail, about two fingers in length.
