祈请赐予我等眷属一切利益与安乐。如若有特别祈愿，亦可强烈祈祷。强烈念诵怙主父母眷属之咒语。之后，应如法进行圆满、赞颂、忏悔等仪轨。忏悔之前，念诵尽可能多的百字明咒。这些是最初开始时首次法会应做之事。自此之后，每次法会都以食子（朵玛）二十四来供养，并以小食子（替补朵玛）进行补充。除了晚间法会外，小食子数量与之前相同。晚间法会则供养三十个小食子。除了最初那次，供养小食子时，从之前的小食子中取出一两个来补充修法食子。最后四个小食子是献给四大天王的。除了最初的法会，不必为了使誓言尊显现而重新生起，只需舍弃念诵时的种子字即可。结束时，在黎明至上午之间的任何时间，如前进行完整的仪轨。观想将大法会食子的画像融入本尊身中，食子的画像融入本尊身的心间。念诵“ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ”（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马注音 jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，勾 吽 旺 吼）七遍，以食子供养仪轨供养大法会食子。除了食子本身的心髓，所有食子和小食子都放在屋顶上，像平时一样供养。如果想要进行事业的圆满、供养和加持，则应每天进行。此乃塔拉纳塔所说的，关于善妙黑大自在尊吉祥怙主扎嘎札食子大法修法的明示。愿胜者之教法兴盛！吉祥！ 吉祥善妙黑尊扎嘎札食子修法之实修诀窍

Grant all benefits and happiness to us and our retinue. If there are specific wishes, pray intensely. Recite the mantra of the Protector, Father and Mother, and their retinue intensely. Then, perform the fulfillment, praise, confession, and other rituals properly. Before the confession, recite as many hundred-syllable mantras as possible. These are the things to do in the first session when starting. From then on, in each session, offer twenty-four tormas (food offerings) and replenish them with small tormas. Except for the evening session, the number of small tormas is the same as before. In the evening session, offer thirty small tormas. Except for the very first time, when offering small tormas, take one or two from the previous small tormas to replenish the practice torma. The last four small tormas are dedicated to the Four Great Kings. Except for the initial session, there is no need to newly generate the samaya beings to make the original ones manifest; it is sufficient to abandon the seed syllables during recitation. At the end, at any time from dawn to morning, perform the complete ritual as before. Visualize the great practice torma's painted image dissolving into the deity's body, the torma's painted image dissolving into the heart of the deity. Recite "ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, meaning: hook, hum, vam, hoh) seven times, and offer the great practice torma with the torma offering ritual. Except for the essence of the torma itself, all the tormas and small tormas are placed on the roof, offered in the usual way.
