The navel is marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih), attaining enlightenment in the mudra at the heart. From this, light radiates, offering to the noble ones, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, and then re-collecting and dissolving. From the union of the moon and the seed-syllable mudra, one's own being is accomplished as the body of noble Avalokiteśvara, attaining enlightenment in the complete form of the deity. Thereafter, the body is white in color, the first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, the lower right hand holds a rosary, the lower left hand holds a white lotus, the feet are in the vajra posture seated on a lotus and moon disc, adorned with silk and precious ornaments, etc., in accordance with the general characteristics. From his heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the mandala deities of the four tantras, all the peaceful and wrathful, vast hosts of deities, manifesting as the form of noble Avalokiteśvara, dissolving into oneself. One's own form remains unchanged, being noble Avalokiteśvara, the essence also remains unchanged, being the nature of noble Avalokiteśvara, the characteristic dharma is the essence of the union of all yidams, generate strong faith and conviction. Meditate on this, repeating it three times or more. If practicing as a key instruction, then for the time being, make this one round of meditation. Secondly, in the space in front, the root guru appears in the form of Buddha Amitabha. Pray to receive empowerment, and upon praying in this way, recite (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲིར་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं वज्रिर भव अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrir bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Vajrir Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ), and empower with the water of the vase. From the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, the entire inside of the body is filled, sins and obscurations are purified, and all qualities are perfected. Guru Amitabha abides on the crown of one's head. From his heart, light radiates, inviting the root gurus who have actually received the Dharma connection, and all the lineage gurus who, although not directly met, reside in the Dharma lineage. Upon inviting all of them, they dissolve into the root guru Amitabha, who then becomes the union of all gurus. To this, with intense devotion and longing, pray single-mindedly. This is also one round of meditation. Thirdly, Thereafter, reciting (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं मणि पद्मे हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Mani Padme Hūṃ), because oneself is the union of all yidams, it becomes the recitation of all yidams, and because it is spoken by the glorious guru, it becomes the recitation of all gurus. One has twenty-one thousand hairs on the head, four million two hundred and fifty thousand body hairs, tiny

And also forty million kotis etc. abide in the nature of deities. From all of that, a sound of the six syllables arises. Visualize all sentient beings equal to space as deities, and the Buddhas filling the sky, and from all the earth, stones, mountains, rocks, plants, forests, the sound of the six syllables arises continuously. Believe that all appearances and existence are dissolving into the six syllables, and recite the mani as much as possible. This is one session. For all of that, the conclusion of the session is: purify the deity's form into emptiness and rest for a while. With the virtue of meditating in this way, may I and all sentient beings attain the state of noble Avalokiteshvara, and dedicate and pray with that thought. Second is the completion stage: the preliminary practices of the session are the same as before. The essential point of the body is to sit in the vajra posture with legs crossed, or if that is not possible at all, sit in the bodhisattva posture. The hands are in equipoise or fists on the thighs. The spine is straight. The lips are placed naturally. The tongue touches the palate. The arms are stretched outwards. The gaze of the eyes is directed slightly upwards. After that, eliminate the three bad breaths and let the breath rest naturally. Abandon all conceptual thoughts, mental activities, and elaborations of the three times of mind. Without straining or loosening, without thinking anything, rest relaxed. If dullness or excitement arises, tighten up a little and loosen up when tightening. The conclusion of the session is the same as before, this is one cycle of meditation. In this way, the mind that abides is free from grasping, and the appearance that is unceasing should be recognized. Again, this is one cycle of meditation. Furthermore, whatever appearance arises, recognize clearly that it is primordially pure and without grasping. Since there is no negation, affirmation, abandonment, or acceptance, maintain whatever arises in its own state. Again, this is one cycle of meditation. In detail, the instructions for dissolving the senses, samadhi, etc. should also be taught here as appropriate, or it can be introduced in accordance with other view instructions such as what is known as Mahamudra. In short, these three cycles of meditation of the completion stage contain all the essential points, so one should be content with just this much. With that, the main instruction is finished. Third are the six subsequent dharmas: the yoga of eating food, the yoga of wearing clothes, the yoga of the place of dwelling, the yoga of clear light in sleep, the yoga of transference to become enlightened at the time of death, the yoga of the bardo to become enlightened in the bardo.
