The summary of the essential illusion wheel of the six-limbed union. The summary of the essential illusion wheel of the six-limbed union. The summary of the essential illusion wheel of the six-limbed union resides. Namo Guru. Having prostrated at the feet of the Lama, in connection with the Vajra Yoga, I will briefly explain the arrangement of the illusion wheel for dispelling obstacles and training the body. The first of all is the root cleansing, having established the basis for all physical training, rub the head, hands, upper and lower body, and feet. The head is rotated, moved forward and backward, and twisted and shaken, these are the four types. The arms are rotated and the rope is thrown, the fist is thrown and the finger joints are pulled. These four are the root cleansing of the hands. Grasping the knees and twisting the upper body, placing the fist on the thigh and twisting the upper body, hanging the shoulders and clapping, and clapping the chest are four. Circling the abdomen and rubbing and massaging, twisting the sides and pounding with the fist, are four for the lower part of the body and three for the stomach. Vajra binding and the wrist, the elbow should be struck against the stomach. The waist is pushed left and right, forward and backward. Finger pulling, ankle standing and sitting are two. Shaking and leaping the four limbs into the sky. There are thirty types of forms. The essence is one illusion wheel, but it is the expanded training of the five limbs. The twenty root physical trainings are: the first is like hand cleansing; the second is to turn the hands back and bare the chest; the third is to rub the fist on the thigh; the fourth is to clap the vajra posture; the fifth is like drawing a bow and stretching it; the sixth is to clap the fist and hang the shoulder; the seventh is like two hands pounding a stone; the eighth is to raise the elbow to the throat and chest; the ninth is to push the mountain in the middle posture; the tenth is to pound the back with the fist; the eleventh is to hug the two hands inside the thigh; the twelfth is to stand up and rub three times; the thirteenth is to lie on your side and press down, slightly twisting the body; the fourteenth is to wave the elbows at each other; the fifteenth is to stretch the four limbs; the sixteenth is to rub the legs left and right; the seventeenth is to make it slightly forward; the eighteenth is to twist the legs left and right; the nineteenth is to pull from the tip of the secret place; the twentieth is to make it slightly in four directions. Then, in the branch illusion wheel, the twenty-four practices of place or sense power are: Oddiyana and Godavari two, circling and kneading is the first; Devi Kota circling, to the four directions.

The thirteenth is the Tresha Kune shaking method. The fourteenth is the Kalinga twisting and stretching method. The fifteenth is the Lambaka twisting method. The sixteenth is the Kanchi twisting and striking method. The seventeenth is the Hima opening and then twisting method. The eighteenth is the Griha binding and striking method. The nineteenth is the Saurashtra kneading method. Similarly, there are the Golden Isle and Sindhu kneading methods, which are the twentieth and twenty-first methods respectively. From Kuluta, grab with your hands, stand and sit, and then shake the ocean. The posture is like a tigress vomiting, which are the twenty-second and twenty-third methods. Striking the back and kneading the whole body, it is said that these are the twenty-fourth methods. Furthermore, the twelve or fourteen essential training methods are: Sitting in the lotus position, raising your hands and twisting your body is the first. Inserting your hands inward and doing the bird's foot insertion and striking is the second, which is the sitting posture's magic wheel. Grabbing the toes and shins and standing up to strike is the third. Striking the heels together, hanging the shoulders, and stretching the fists is the fourth, which is the hand's magic wheel. Kicking the legs to the side and stretching the arms is the fifth, which is the lying down magic wheel. Each of these is combined with the wind, emitting long Ha sounds and short Ha sounds, and is divided into three types through the three essential points of the wind. Sitting in the lotus position, pulling the back with the thumbs is the sixth. Crossing the legs, pressing the spine and standing up is the seventh. Circling the abdomen and supporting the body with the elbows is the eighth. Erecting the spine on the ground and throwing the rope is the ninth. Lifting the waist and twisting left and right is the tenth. Tying the belt and rotating and rubbing is the eleventh. Embracing each other, twisting, stretching, and contracting is the twelfth. On top of this, adding pressing the four continents and twisting the four continents, it becomes fourteen types of body training in total. Bending over and grabbing the knees, the hips strike the cushion, and squatting, the feet and palms face each other, pressing and stretching. These are the key instructions of various lineages, which arise from different sources and are gathered together, and some are also clearly proclaimed in the tantras. These are to eliminate obstacles, enhance strength, and purify the Vajra body during the operation and holding of life force.
